Trust worthy experts
These guys are great. They know there stuff and will work with you. We hit a couple of bumps but returned things and got the right ones. Some of that was on me and they did not charge me a "restocking fee" and were open to recommending non OEM item replacements because they cost less and were actually better made.

Replacement part and new model upgrade.
I saw the part on Amazon and called AppaeTech for assistance they found an upgraded pool light to replace my older generation model and it worked perfectly. Shipping quickly allowed my pool not to be empty for very long as well. Thank you for the great customer service and experience.
