Described as refurbished. Took 5 weeks before it was sent…. When it arrived, chimney was awful and damaged beyond repair. It is marked on hood, filters had been sort of cleaned but greasy. Inside hood greasy and disgusting. Screws showing on front with no caps.. No fitting for hood either. Paid for refurbished and got a very shoddy dirty second hand hood !!!
