Even non-developers can have real PRD

I'm not a developer. I had a bunch of ideas just sitting in Notion for almost a year.

I just typed out what I wanted to build, kind of all over the place, and the AI started asking questions and turned it into a PRD. Within an hour I had something laid out down to the screen-level features. When you try to get a quote from a dev agency, they always say "bring us your spec document first" - but honestly, most of us can't even write that spec. For people like me, that's the biggest value here. And it's free up to this point, so there's really no risk in trying.

At $299/month, you're talking a completely different order of magnitude from agency quotes. It's a subscription, so if it doesn't feel right you just cancel - no real downside.

If you've got ideas but can't get started, just give it a try!!

incredibly low cost and even better delivery time!!!!

We needed to make a mobile app that had minimal functionality but were shocked by the quotes (as many people probably are). The prices would range from about 15k USD to even 35k, which was way out of our budget. Launching mobile apps is a lot of extra work and not just development, sure but still, it makes it really hard to test the waters for new businesses. Time was ticking because we had a small window to get the product out and the talks with outsourcing agencies were dragging on.

Appbuildchat really turned things around for us. We got Bart as our dedicated engineer and not only was the price cheap(only 299 usd/month, not sure if they are keeping that price but I wouldn't blame them if they hiked the prices up soon), but they also promised delivery in 20 days at the time. We got the app launched in both stores(Google, Apple) after 7-8 business days. That includes the 2 days apple fumbled our developers account.

the app was a pretty big success and we got 3k+ downloads and a handful of nice reviews in 3 months. it was a seasonal thing so we did take it down but the results exceeded our expectations. Definitely will use their service again this year, probably for a longer period this time around. (fyi, we did our own marketing. I don't think they market the app for you. We did ask for appstore optimization)

It's pretty ridiculous how you can get to test out a mobile app at such a low price. Especially for people or businesses that have clear needs around specific periods of the calendar, this is pretty much a no brainer. Why dish out 30, 50k + regular maintenance fees when you can get an app at an even lower deal?

Also highly recommend Appbuildchat for businesses who need an app delivered ASAP because most quotations we got asked for 2-4 months, even for a very simple app.
