Scam billing, despite cancelling in good time they still haven’t refunded me as promised and continue to blame the banking process!! Utterly ridiculous. DO NOT SIGN UP TO Dr Kegal app, which is rubbish anyhow.
Terrible hidden billing practices. They need 30 days to cancel a trial subscription and then jack up the prices whilst billing 3 months at a time. Their apps are Pearl, Dr.Kegel, Go Fit and Hyper Casual Games. When trying to cancel the hidden renewal - they will fight you tooth and nail. Terrible company and app is very basic - doesn't really work with repetitive boring exercises
