Scammers

DO NOT USE APPLE PARKING

9 months after using Apple Parking, I am still being pestered by debt collectors for £170 for a parking charge incurred while my car was with Apple Parking and I was in France. They won’t sort it out and I won’t pay it.
DO NOT USE THEM!!

Complete disaster - currently taking legal action for damage

Damaged my car - extensive scratching - and won't pay for it obviously violating the agreement. I had clear photographic before and after photos but they still refuse to pay saying they need to investigate which driver responsible which is a pathetic fob off. I have given them nearly 2 months to comply with the agreement before going public and now taking legal action. Also on drop off I was early and they tried to get me to pay an extra £10 to the driver in cash. I refused so at least they didn't rip me off for that.

Do not use this company.

Do not use this company.. just be careful. I booked through third party company in October and came to drop the vehicle. They said I have to pay additional charge £127. But I paid to Airportparkingdeals.uk provider from who I booked my parking regularly in the past few times and used different providers. This time I used them and such a disappointment and last minute hassles. We ended up paying them with no choice. What I can see is some doggy thing happening with this company and that’s why they are not in majority of the comparison sites. Stay away. Now I got the refund from the Airportparkingdeals.uk but the stress given during the travel by the Apple parking was very poor. Someone called Raj in Apple parking is a JOKE…. no professionalism..

Rip Off. DO NOT USE THEM

I got a parking charge notice for pick-up at Heathrow upon my return from my trip as the driver did not provide me with a valid ticket to pay for and did not even explain that I needed to pay for him entering the car in pick-up and drop-off zone. He rushed me into taking the keys off his hands and ran off. Now, I am sat with a parking charge ticket liability to pay for. I have tried to make contact with the company. No one is picking up the phone. They are cheap but very poor service and rip off once you get the parking charge fine to pay for without your fault. Will not recommend them at all.

The driver arrived 40 minutes late at the time of drop-off. I nearly missed my flight

I had a VERY good experience with…

I had a VERY good experience with Apple! I parked 23 Jan - 11 Feb 25. Every operator at Heathrow gets terrible reviews and if you believe those they are all cowboys, so I took a chance with Apple as their price wasn’t as rediculous as the others. I spoke to a guy called Kajanth and I was met upon my arrival at LHR and more importantly they were there BANG ON TIME on my RETURN!! In fact they called me just as I stepped off the plane! All you want when you get home tired after a long flight without enough sleep is for your car to arrive (Undamaged) at short stay when you get there or within 10 minutes. Apple did that very well! I will therefore be using them as long as they stay price competitive AND until they fail to deliver that level of service. Until then they will continue to get my business. Thanks Kajanth! See you next time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - APPLE PARKING/DOLPHIN PARKING

An absolute scam!! We booked through Airport Parking Deals and received a confirmation email. When we were 30 minutes out from the airport, we rang the number provided, to be told that there was no record of our booking on the system and that they no longer dealt with that booking agent because they never paid across any money they took. We were told that we had to pay £145 in order for our car to be collected and stored. We refused to pay more than £100 but reluctantly paid that, given that there was no chance of booking another company at such late notice. We were asked to send copies of bookings etc via WhatsApp not email, which was a major red flag to start with. On our return two weeks later, as we came through baggage claim we again telephoned the number provided, to be told again that there was no record of our booking on the system!! We again had to send everything via WhatsApp. It then took them a full two and a half hours to locate a driver and get our car back to us. When he eventually arrived he refused to give us any details of how to contact his company. Airport Parking Deals have not responded to any emails we have sent and the telephone is never answered. Disgusting 'service' and a complete scam - be warned, and steer well clear....

Terrible service

Terrible service. I booked my parking from the 2nd of October 2025 at 6pm. Their policy said that 30 mins prior arrival I have to call them so that they will get a driver to take me from the parking space to the airport. I didn't even call them since I was going to be late by 20 minutes due to traffic and they sent their driver to wait at 6pm. I arrived at the airport 20 minutes late due to traffic. And the first driver left so they sent another driver and demanded me to pay £10.00 for the second driver. This is genuinely stupid and makes no sense, these people don't even know their own policy and do all of this just to earn some extra cash or something. Truly dishonest.

Another thing is that before I leave my vehicle with them, they do a full photo scan of my vehicle for a before and after. My car had no scratches whatsoever when I left it there. But when I came back I found a scratch on my door. Before I left they said that any damages to the vehicles will be their responsibility. When I contacted them with the evidence of my scratched door, they told me to send it via Whatsapp, so I did. Not surprisingly, they did not reply and it's been 2 weeks. I cannot ever trust them with my belongings, they are irresponsible and rude and will pull slick tricks to earn some extra cash from you. Although it is cheap, it doesn't compare when you have to repair your scratches, so I suppose you do get what you pay.

CAUTION

Parking at Heathrow booked and paid for through Airport Parking Deals. When we called 30 minutes out, we were told that the money paid to Airport Parking Deals hadn't been sent through to them and we would need to pay an additional £99.80 or the car wouldn't be collected. The people we spoke to were extremely difficult to understand. On arriving home, we called to have the car delivered back to us and it took them over 45 minutes to return our vehicle. When we called Airport Parking Deals to resolve this, we were told that complaints are not dealt with over the telephone. Be warned - we found this entire process to be a complete scam and will never ever use this kind of service again.

Stressful Experiencr

I booked our car through the webside airport deals and received an email saying call when 30 mins from airport, which I did and left message on voicemail saying we was 30 mins away. On arrival at terminal 5 no sign of them so called again no answer left another message eventually received a call back saying we do not have a record of your booking asking me to whatsapp their email and to go and check in which we did. On return to car park still no sign so had to call again eventually a driver turned up and asked us to pay the exit fee which by then was £18.50.
On return from our break rang the number as per the email the man answered said there was no record.of us and gave another phone number to call. Called new number and again was told no record of our booking. I then received a call from Apple telling me our car was on its way. We then waited over an hour for it to turn up
We believe by our petrol gauge our car was parked over 20 miles away.
This was a very stressful experience and I would recommed Apple improve their procedures and on many occasions I found the men on the phone very hard to understand.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. Dropping off the car we had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to reach us despite calling when 30 mins away.

Upon collection we were told they would be 20/30 minutes but didn’t get to us for 1 hour and 45 minutes!! We called a couple of times and were told 20 minutes every time and after an hour discovered they had not even left with our car!!! Awful customer service too!

Never again

Do not use.
During drop off - they tried to scam by asking for a new booking as they couldn't see my existing booking even though I have an email confirming booking. They blamed it on a 3rd party and tried to attain additional booking fee.

During pick up - I had to wait 2.5 hours for the vehicle and only got it returned after finding out the vehicle location through my personal tracker and seeing that it was never parked in a secured location and was parked in a private residence for the 2 weeks. I had to call the police 101 line to attain the vehicle back.

This is not a legit business, they don't provide any information when asked, tried to attain more funds from me, lied about the location of the vehicle.

Stay clear of these scammers.

Better to spend a few more money to have the car parked in Long Stay within the airport itself.

I am lucky to have got my car after 2.5 hours.

Not a good experience

Pretty bad experience. They made us wait over an hour after we had booked, he claimed it was due to traffic but we had literally just driven to Heathrow! As a result we missed breakfast and had to pay more for the Short stay car park where they meet you (£15 rather than £5). Upon our return it was the same story, made us wait ages, after a long flight. The guy claimed there was an accident but having a tracker I could see exactly where the car was and it was still in the same place it was parked. On where it is parked, it's basically parked in a residential area not a secure car park and they seem to move the car every day meaning the EV battery warms up for no reason and loses charge every day. Look up Park Road in Hayes. Basically, I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't use the service again. It was cheap for a reason.

Incompetents

The drop-off and pick-up went reasonably well but the problems started ten days later when I received a parking charge for the period when I was flying back!!
I rang Apple Parking who said it was due to an Mia-entry of the car registration when they parked the car in the Holiday Inn car park (as they normally do on day of pick-up). They said ‘don’t worry, we’ll fix it’.
They didn’t fix it!!
I have phoned and emailed them and the parking firm and despite this have received debt collection bailiff notices and escalated charges (now £170) and they are now threatening legal action and county court judgements!

DO NOT USE APPLE PARKING!!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. We have waited 50 minutes so far for our car to be delivered. They know what time you are landing but you are not allowed to call them until your bags are in. Terrible customer service.

I was told the manager would call me to discuss this but I was unable to speak to anyone
