I love apple, we have a ton of stuff, they usually just work and they work well. But I have found out what does not work with apple, reclamation/warranty. So the ECG function stopped working on our apple watch, in sweden we have 3 years of reclamation right. I started the process of returning the watch 3 months ago and we still have not gotten our issues solved. Apple did actually send us a new watch but we have been unable to use it since they also charged me for this replacement even though they promised they would not do this. Now we can’t open the package until they have refunded the money, which might take over one month they said. The service has been great, we always speak with the same lady, however the processes Apple use to deal with reclamations are bad, how on earth is this acceptable when we pay premium.

I would give 0 stars if possible. 1 star is too generous for this company of unserious people only good to take your money when you purchase their garbage products. IPhone 12 pro max purchased September 2021. After updating May 2022, lost cellular signal. Apple would not accept it for control, they advised resetting the phone, I lost all my data, but the phone was functioning. Same problem, no signal after update July 2022, same approach, restored, lost all my data again. 3rd time 10 days ago, Apple would not accept it without charging me because 12 months went out, pointed me to the shop I purchased it. The shop starts mumbling about 12 months warranty, I remind them we live in EU, they point me to mcare, a service point. Service point resets my phone, of course I lose all my data one more time (3rd time in half year!), but I keep my patience and I get a working phone from mcare, last Friday 2nd December 2022. Today, 2 days after I got it from mcare service, the phone went totally dead and I am writing from a 200 euro Huawei which is 5 and a half years old and works still like it should. I contacted Apple support, only solution is to take it back where I purchased. I mean, what is this? Why should we pay 1500 euros for something that has no support at all? I am a surgeon that relies on my phone and it's impossible to keep going like this. It's not about the money, but why wouldn't you take responsibility when you deliver faulty products? This is totally unacceptable. I had never such problems with much less expensive phones. Untill you make this right I won't ever reconsider getting any of your products, not even for 20% of the retail price, it doesn't worth the hassle arguing with you. This is supposed to be Apple support??? I will take this garbage to the shop tomorrow and I really hope that you prove me wrong, because right now for me you are common small crook thieves.

worst shopping experience ever
Apple decided to temp. close its flagship store just after I bought an Ipad as a xmas gift which the reciepeint wanted to swap for a larger model. The staff in the store did not tell me in advance about the closing. ONe would have thought you could just send back the device, and have it swapped for a larger one paying the difference.. NONO, countless of chats and phonecalls after it seem that the worlds largest coorporation doesn't care about it and just asks you to wait until the shops re opens. Obviusly Apple chose to close the store - in Sweden all other shops were open, since government did not close retail stores..
Tried my fair share of apple products and I always switch over to a competitor's product who simply provides the same service, if not better, for a cheaper price.
Worst part is the brand loyal people who blindly sticks to apple for the "status"

I sent in an iPod Nano 1st generation for exchange and repair program. The iPod would have been exchanged to a brand new iPod nano 7th Generation, instead I was left with nothing.
On December 2016 I returned my iPod with Apples partner UPS , they did damage the return shipment and contacted Apple about this - Apple did nothing, not even contact me.
I have contacted Apple as many times I can remember since 2017 to 2018 but without getting my old iPod or exchanged for a new.
Because of a manufacture fault in the battery the iPod 1th generation was recalled, making the iPod dangerous to use. The battery can burst in fire and cause serous damage to body and property. The iPod would have been exchanged to a brand new iPod nano 7th Generation, instead I was left with nothing.
I have been in contact with Apple many times. What I can tell is that they lie a lot, all that fancy talking on phone is a facade. When they cant help you they try to give you hard to /impossible tasks, in my case it was a purchase receipt for a 10 year old device. And after giving them the purchase receipt they just say, no we have never told you we want a purchase receipt.
The customer support will sometimes say "I will send you my contact details to you on email" but sometimes they never do, so making all that hassle of contact them again and explain everything to a new person.
Because of this I have spoke with many people on Apple. Everything goes, lies, to reading paragraph to paragraph from terms(not even applicable on my case)and also blaming me for the error of UPS.
I will go forward and contact Swedish police about my case.
They just take resources and energy from you.
Complicated to order and delivery times far beyond what is promised even when product is in stock due to slow DHL transport.
