Great communication and service. We did however receive far too many emails from evri with regard to the dispatch of the items. This was somewhat tiresome but can't fault Applecrates.co.uk at all.

RUSTIC WALL MOUNTED SHOE RACKS
This is our third order of the rustic wall mounted shoe racks, as we love them so much. The quality is outstanding and they look so stylish. The delivery was really quick and the customer service was super speedy and helpful, when I asked a question. Would definitely recommend and will buy again.

Very pleased and will order again
Genuinely impressed with Apple Crates and love our new table! The option was to have delivery from either DPD or Nevri. Due to never receiving a parcel from Nevri in the past century I emailed Apple Crates to ask if they could be sure DPD would deliver - they got back to me very quickly and ensured it would be DPD and it was! So pleased and definitely considering buying more from Apple Crates again.
