Apple Express is the best courier! Here's why:

Apple Express has been delivering packages to me from Temu, AliExpress, etc for many years, as have many other couriers - big and small. This is by far THE BEST courier on the planet! I've had ZERO problems for the hundreds of packages they've delivered to me at various addresses.

Their couriers are very friendly, professional, ALWAYS take many proof of delivery photos, and have even called me during a delivery if they have any questions - unlike Canada Post employees who are too lazy and would rather leave a pick-up card instead of making the expected delivery effort.

Even their website has clear contact info and they always answer the phone. But the best part about their website is the ease to detail (and accurately in real time) track your package, AND add delivery instructions PLUS view proof of delivery photos!

Not even FedEx has the option to update/add delivery instructions... you must submit a support ticket to get someone to call/email back 24-48 hours later to add delivery instructions... how lame is that?!

So imo, Apple Express is 1000% a better courier that FedEx AND Can. Post and the BEST COURIER on the planet!

I gave Apple specific instructions when…

I gave Apple specific instructions when they contacted me with my buzzer #, deliver to 2nd floor, apt. 211, and give to Joan. They left information on Apple Tracking site that the parcel had been delivered. I stepped out for less that 10 minutes to walk my dog, when I got back, I checked Apple tracking, which said it had been delivered. If they had followed my instructions, they would have brought the parcel from Temu to the 2nd floor, and left it at Apt. 211, or better still, they would have returned the following day with it.
Just discovered that Apple Delivery Company delivered my parcel to 367 (a house) rather than 267 (an apartment) but the lady was honest and brought it to me. Now, my problem is that Temu is replacing it with same items, and I feel Apple is responsible so they should pay or return that parcel for free.
What is wrong with Apple Delivery, are they in such a hurry that they don't read, or can't read, or are dyslexia, this should not be happening.

Not very happy about their delivery

Not very happy about their delivery. I was sent a message that they were going to deliver that day but did not and did not attempt to try to deliver after that. The only way that I got delivery was because the company that I bought the items from contacted me to see if I got my order. When I told them I didn’t, they contacted apple express to find out why it wasn’t delivered and then I got my items delivered 2 days later. Very poor company

Unprofessional & Unaccountable

I ordered two items from a vendor but they were to be delivered by two different distributors. The first item from the other distributor I received on time, no problem.

The second for whatever reason was to be handled by Apple Express. After a week of waiting, I noticed through the tracking that my package was being sent back to the vendor. Supposedly my complete address (apartment #) was not included in the shipping information.

I contacted Apple Express & provided them with documentation showing that my complete address was listed. The representative feigned ignorance saying the address information was incomplete & instead blamed the vendor.

Take it from me & many of the other reviews. Don’t trust your deliveries with this poor excuse of a company. If you see a vendor using them to deliver something, definitely try to get it done through an actually refutable company instead.

I’ll give them 0 star if I could

I’ll give them 0 star if I could. Attempting to deliver your package at 7am early in the morning and if you didn’t pick up the delivery call immediately, they’ll not even try to deliver the next day and return it straight back to your sender. While on their website, they claim to try to redelivering on the next day which is a completely false statement. Blaming on the sender and not taking any responsibility on fail to deliver your package. Avoid this courier at any cost.

Despite their statement of redelivery the next business day. Second attempt was at 9:36 PM ON A TUESDAY NIGHT! They are incompetent and grossly negligent in shipping anything.

It appears packages are either being intentionally delayed, mishandled, stolen by Apple Express or Apple Express drivers simply don’t want to deliver them.

DO NOT USE APPLE EXPRESS COURIER!

Delivery attempts: 1 and done (even if they say 3)

From my Yelp review:

Beware: only one delivery attempt and then your package is returned.

After ordering some items from Gymshark, Apple Express tried to deliver the package on a Saturday morning when I wasn't available. As per their policy/tracking, they're supposed to try again on the next business day.

Tracking updated and I was informed by it that it had been returned to the Seller due to the Seller's policy of only attempting delivery once.

After getting in touch with Gymshark and discussing it with them, even THEY weren't given a reason as to why the package was returned to them immediately. Sadly, I couldn't get them to send out my items again as their stuff sells out insanely quickly. So, being told by AppleExpress that it's the Seller's fault, when in fact they didn't even attempt a second business day delivery and blamed the company who was as in the dark as I am.

Avoid at all costs.

they left the package outside the building's main door in an unsafe place, and they didn't call me to open the door for them. I came to know that the package was delivered, and by chance, from my email, the services were

This company’s couriers take horrible…

This company’s couriers take horrible customer service to the lowest level possible. Couriers walk across lawns, as they are too lazy to walk up a driveway, then throw your parcels onto your veranda. Not caring if the items are breakable or not.

I would give this company zero stars if I could.

If I could give this company a zero I would how is it possible that this day and age this company cannot deliver to a condo with the buzz code and the correct address we get numerous packages delivered to our condo almost a weekly basis. It’s unacceptable brutal please if you get this company to deliver your package, be careful.

Took a picture of one parcel twice pretending it was 2.

I ordered something from the bay and it came in 2 identical packages. I only got delivered 1 parcel and the guy pretended to go back to his car and get another one (but did not get another one) and took a picture of the same parcel twice saying that both parcels were delivered. My camera caught him in the act and I sent it on. Still waiting for a resolution. He was BUSTED!

SCAMMERS !!!!

I have continuously reported the mishap that i faced with Apple Express. I called several time and no one was willing to help. the delivery man took a picture as proof of delivery and some minutes later i went to collect my parcel, it was nowhere to be found. i have desperately reported this to my seller but as apple express showed the delivery picture i can;t continue to dispute my case. Apply Express be HONEST !!! Employ good people PLEASE ! WHAT a SHAME ! don't hang up the phone to my face when you are unable to reply to my question ! Definitely you look like a scammer. even the number you're calling me showed as a supported scam number !!!!!! SHAME ON YOU

What an incompetent company.

What an incredibly incompetent company.

I had a nightmare experience with them. They are unable to read an address correctly, show no professionalism, and do not take the time to provide adequate customer service.

I left a large note clearly instructing them to ring my doorbell—just to notify me that my package had arrived. And yet… nothing. Absolutely nothing.

I even took the time to write to them, as it's impossible to reach them by phone—you can only send a message through their website. They never responded.

I honestly wonder why DHL works with them as a subcontractor.

In short, if you can avoid dealing with them, you’ll save yourself a lot of trouble.

Fool me once... twice...

This time is the third when the package was opened and empty inside. Unfortunately the seller could not do anything about it and the courier didn't care - business goes on. Shame that a company who want to maintain a reputation doesn't care about costumers but only for profit. Or am I wrong?
