After around 7 months of wear my Leather Link watch strap started to degrade on the inside. Two months later and I an unable to wear my watch as the strap irritates my wrist. I have contacted Apple support, they have had photos of my strap and wrist. I am awaiting a response from their engineers!

I originally had an initial issue with the apple strap I purchased for my daughter for Christmas. However the Customer service that followed was somewhat outstanding.... Thank you for the replacement strap...

Waste of money.
Great at first....
But after a week or so the product quality starts to drop, bits have fallen off the side of the strap....then the customer service which is equally as poor gets worse. 2 emails and no response.

Excellent Watch Straps
My wife already owns an apple watch and I'm looking to get one in the future but wanted to try out the different wrist straps, the stock silicon based one seemed to cause irritations so rather than spend the obscene amount that apple charge decided to try this.
I went with the larger version which sits perfectly on my wrist, the material used seems to be of good quality and there was no pinching or rubbing against my wrist.
At this price point I wasn't sure what to expect but as you've guessed from above I have been pleasantly surprised by it. If my wife is ever interested in getting a new strap for her watch I'll order one of these again

Catch mechanism keeps coming undone
Although they got my initial order wrong and sent the incorrect strap, this was quickly rectified. However the catch mechanism is so weak that the strap comes undone at the slightest wrist movement leaving the £400 Apple Watch loosely dangling on my wrist. I now have a £60 strap which I cannot use for fear of losing my new watch. They should stop selling this expensive piece of junk.

I purchased the Milanese strap a week ago on the 09.07.20
And few hours later I tried to cancel my order (my order number:#20083)
Tried to call Costumer Service but due to the corona vírus pandamic they only communicate by email so I emailed twice..in my email I tried to explain I would like to cancel my order but if that’s not possible then I would like to request the RMA number so I can post it back to them immediately when it’s arrives..
They never get back to me,so now I’m waiting to their response.
Another week Gone Still no response..
I did report this to PayPal.

Poor quality product
Poor quality product. Cheap and not as good as £15.00 versions.
The delivery was quick, but the item was sent twice. Maybe I was also charged twice?!
I contacted the email for returns and it bounced back because the email address they had on the returns page was wrong!
Waiting to hear back after sending the email to the correct address.

Thank you for informing us you received the item twice - you have only been charged for 1 transaction.
On receipt of your return we will issue a full refund plus the cost of your postage and packaging for your inconvenience.
For your reference, your cheaper strap will almost certainly be 304l stainless steel. Although they look similar, or may even be thicker set, ours are 316l stainless which is more expensive to produce and has better compound qualities for durability hence the price difference.
