We're a user of appliance.io. We've got a team of over 20 management, service, and salespeople. Before .io, we used Quickbooks Desktop, and it did not come close to meeting our needs as far as scheduling our customers for appliance installation, glossy format, paper tickets, among other things. What makes .io a great software is the ease of scheduling with real time alerts for our customers, a complete web-based software, built-in CRM, quick payment processing to convert quotes to orders, salespeople requesting appliances to be ordered is a breeze, and the clear sales reports to easily see what brands and types of appliances are hot. It's clear to me that many things about appliance.io make this is the future software for appliance retailers.

Quick responses to bugs and other issues is very helpful. I also like how you can see inventory when writing up invoices as well as dates for available delivery.

From a sales standpoint I feel that this is a huge improvement over our old software. There are some minor things that are a little cumbersome. However, I feel that as the program evolves these will become either more familiar or may be tweaked to allow for a smoother experience. Very happy with io so far.
