Good price. Long wait for the appliance but that was clear from the beginning, which explains the good price.

The washing machine is great. Works beautifully.

I was given a delivery date which was then changed unexpectedly the day before. This was very difficult to reorganise.

I was dealt with politeness, helpfulness and efficiency. Easy shopping.

The specific delivery date had been booked weeks ahead but was postponed by a day at the last minute, upsetting all my arrangements.
When it finally arrived at the very end of the next day, the delivery driver was surly and disagreeable and refused point blank to take the appliance beyond the entrance hall to the flats because the package was too large to go in the lift. My neighbour, who had let him in, was subjected to a most unpleasant diatribe. Fortunately my kitchen fitter, who was about to leave,
unpacked the appliance, put it in the lift and placed it in the apartment himself.
I suggest you change your delivery company!

Really pleased with my experience with Appliance Centre. I bought several electrical items from them recently and couldn’t fault the service.

Nigel has been so helpful from the start, answering my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to find customer service that’s this good.

The prices were excellent too – better than other places I looked at – and everything was straightforward and hassle-free.

Overall, a great company to deal with. Friendly, helpful, competitive prices, and excellent service. I’d happily buy from them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service

Very Disappointing - I ordered a product from Appliance Centre and selected an available delivery date that suited me. The day before, I received texts from their delivery partner, Furdeco, saying they were attempting delivery on the wrong day, followed by another message saying delivery had failed - even though they made no attempt to deliver the item.

I then spent 40 minutes on hold to Furdeco, only for the call to be answered and immediately disconnected. After another 40-minute wait, I was told delivery would not happen as planned and they would not be in my area for another four days.

The only reason I ordered from Appliance Centre was because they offered a quick delivery date that worked for me. Very poor experience and I will not order from this company again.

Received our Rangemaster Elise within 3 days of placing the order. Could have taken delivery sooner if wanted. Great delivery guys. Great price and great after care. Had a small issue which was dealt with promptly, an engineer called out and fixed the problem. Would definitely use again.

Basting jug arrived in the box sold in, no box or protective covering. This was a gift and the box was badly damaged and the gift recipient received the parcel do the surprise was ruined

I did not expect it gift wrapped just in a bag not just picked off shelf and a label put on it!

Appliance Centre kept us updated by email and were easy to get hold of when we had a query. Freezer was delivered on the correct day, although earlier than expected (before 7am) so it was fortunate that someone was awake.

Good price, prompt service

Everything was fine but the delivery driver was exceptional - cheerful, friendly and incredibly helpful even though it was late and he still had 2 more deliveries to make. He made it a 5 star experience.

The appliance Center answered the phone promptly.
Their return policy could be better, the appliance can only be returned if faulty not if unsuitable ie too big or the customer just does not like it.
The delivery time slot was only given 24 hrs in advance supposedly 4:00pm - 8:00pm and actually arrived at 10:20pm. The driver did get in contact us to say he would be late and was very apologetic but it was still 10:20pm

Easy online ordering process. Great communication regarding delivery process. Incredibly friendly and helpful delivery driver who called approx 25mins before arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again. Haven’t used the product yet, but appears to be excellent quality.
