Bought a ‘new’ water dispenser from them. Delivery delayed and the item was not new at all. Clear signs it had been refurbished. Contacted multiple times and they are adamant it’s new when I know it’s not. They misrepresent their electronics. When the condition is ‘excellent’ assume it’s been used / refurbished. They also delivered an incorrect manual for the item. DISHONEST AVOID AVOID these guys.

The appliances were in good condition, but the delivery was problematic. It was hard to communicate with them, and if you need what you bought urgently, be ready for delays of a couple of days.

My experience was not satisfactory
My experience was not satisfactory. The delivery was significantly delayed, and the product was received in damaged condition. Despite raising the issue, the response from the team was not helpful, and no replacement was offered. I hope the service improves in the future.
