The part that arrived does not fit my dryer, so I have wasted my time (searching your website) and my $ (almost $18.00) for nothing. I looked at your return policy and that would just be more $ down the drain. I could never recommend you to others.

I ordered a dryer lint filter replacement. It was less expensive than the other sites. It arrived in a timely fashion, but the box was torn and bent. When I opened it to use the part, I found that it was cracked. I immediately contacted customer service. I got a quick response to submit photos. I submitted them that same day and heard nothing. A week passed, no messages (checked spam), so I forwarded my email from the week before to them again inquiring if they had received it. Another week went by, no response. So a couple of days after that I tried leaving a message on their “chat”. Still no response. I have waited to order a new replacement from another company in case they shipped a new one. But, I am going to have to do that. It’s an older dryer in my son’s apartment that is in need of this part, so I don’t want to invest too much money into a product that may not last more than a year or two (if that). In summary, 3 weeks have passed since I reached out to them and no response. I won’t use them again…buyer beware!

I RECEIVED A WRONG PART FOR MY FRIDGE AND TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER LISTED AND THE NUMBER IS A NON-WORKING NUMBER. I CANNOT USE THE PART SENT AND JUST WANT TO EXCHANGE IT FOR THE CORRECT ONE.

I ordered replacement oven racks and have never received them. Their phone number just puts you in a loop where no one ever comes on the line. They do not communicate at all, but sure take your money.

Terrible customer service and dishonest. I ordered some parts for my dryer and paid for FedEx express service. The parts showed in-stock. After several days without any updates, I contacted them and they said that one of the 4 parts was out-of-stock. Yet they didn't contact me to ask? I told them to ship the remaining 3 parts, and refund for the part that's out of stock. Person said yes. I never received the refund, and 3 weeks later I still haven't received the 3 items. I ended up ordering from Amazon sellers instead. It's not worth it to deal with these sellers who are dishonest and also don't give a damn if they screw you, and you don't have any recourse. Ordered part for dryer back in December 2022 which according to their website was in stock. They right away took the money but put it on backorder. After several shipping delays, I had enough and cancelled the order. No confirmation, no refund, no nothing. The phone # listed on their website is not working either. But the part I ordered is according to their website in stock! What a bunch of crooks!

Easy to order it was also easy to replace. Shipping was very quick. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Nothing but horrible business, ordered a part for our flat top stove that said was IN STOCK when ordered but once they took my money, they said it was in back order, waited a month and all for a refund but never received it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! I wish I could give negative stars
