I ordered a item at the end of January I haven’t received it yet and my messages on the chat have been ignored. I’m very disappointed with your customer service and the phone number doesn’t seem to work

Scam,took money,no item no refund,ignoring calls texts and emails,have reported them

I am getting used to my Bush washing machine... Maybe it's just me.. but I haven't been able to just out a wash on and get it spun out in same day as yet.. very complicated set up... never seen anything like it... I hate using it... Maybe I'm just stupid but who designs these things and why... life's too short... it will have to go... the panel doesn't do a thing you ask it to... the length of time a wash takes is just crazy... and I never seem to be able to get the machine to carry on through the process...

SThe Blizzard CX1 is our 3rd Miele vacuum cleaner. The first two were great, so we thought it was worth paying a lot for the Blizzard. It hardly sucks, every few minutes it goes into self cleaning or insists you empty the tank - usually there is very little in it. It’s so poor, we often go to the shed to get the old Miele it replaced instead! I very seldom write reviews, especially negative ones. Very disappointed with our experience and hope we were just unlucky and got a dodgy one. If I could select half a star I would.

Samsung eco bubble smart washing machine.
I bought this machine because I had been very satisfied with my previous Samsung machine,and
The new one had a ten year guarantee.

Unfortunately the new machine being a smart machine neaded extensive knowledge of the internet in order to find the operating instructions, and be able to make it work.
When I phoned samsung for advice I was cut off,so I returned the machine to the supplier for a refund.

do not use £20 delivery £20 to return and a £15 admin charge I might swell keep the £100 hob even though I just want to swap it!

My Hotpoint CDN7000BP - UK melted the filter and scorched the lint at 6 months old.

A Hotpoint engineer checked it, couldn’t find a fault, replaced the filter and suggested I carry on using it. Therefore Hotpoint will not refund/ replace and think they have dealt with the matter.

Needless to say - their customer service and product safety leave something to be desired.

Negative review I am afraid - Started playing up after 15 months and finally went completely 2 months later. Just out of warrenty of course did try the service support and found them totally unapologetic and only interested in selling a repair/service type contract which cost as much a new dryer. Made the effort here to buy a reliable brand name but I shall not bother again... My advice steer clear of Hoover products.

I ordered a fridge freezer which became a long and frustrating saga, which I won't detail here. Essentially they don't deliver when they say they will, their customer service is non-existant, they don't reply to calls or emails. Luckily I paid by credit card and got a refund under section 75. Beware!

Appliances.co.uk were the cheapest when I was looking for a new hotpoint washing machine, they delivered within 3 days.

Ordered a Hotpoint Integrated Fridge Freezer. I live near Glasgow so it could only be delivered on a Thursday - can live with that. Got the fridge on time, delivery driver put it where I asked - in fact he had to take it around back-garden to get thro my french doors. Couldn't be any easier....find your fridge, here's the money, arrange a delivery date, nice to see ye - put it in there, Job's A Good 'Un!!!!

Great company easy to order and very helpful. The washing machine was delivered on time as well and the delivery men were great.

Ordered a Bosch WAS32461GB washing machine from appliances.co.uk - chose my delivery date online, the machine arrived on time on the morning I requested. Great price, and the delivery team took away my old piece of junk washing machine and all the packaging as well, after they'd set the new one up. They were so nice I made them a cup of tea. Could not ask for more!

I have recently purchased a Smeg dishwasher from appliances.co.uk easy to use site and by far the cheapest. I had the dishwasher delivered within 48 hours of transaction, highly recommended.

I order my baumatic oven on monday and by wednesday it was delivered I booked everything online. Very good.
