We have been buying applisnces from appliance online for many many years. They have alwsys bern the bext pruce and fantastic custoner .one dau pur washing machine packed up we had a new one delivered and installed the next day. And they took the old one away. Fantastic.

Wonderful customer service.
They went above and beyond when I made an ordering mistake. Rectified it and had a new machine at my home the very next day. Honestly, you never get service like that anymore. I highly recommend.

Ordered a clothes dryer. Had to wait a month for delivery. They called me the day before to say there's no stock. Since they haven't been able to get any stock for ages, they're still selling it even though they can't get stock. So they can't say when it's coming, they offered me another brand of the exact dryer, but not deliver it until later. You think in 4 weeks they'd be able to know if they have got anything in stock, if they ever had or were ever able to get what they were selling.
They're still selling it even though they said they don't know if they'll ever be able to get any, so I've got a 1 choice, to take the other product.
This is disappointing.
It's winter in raining.
Are you allowed to sell things that you don't have?

One thing that bugs me is the offering for sale of products that are not in stock. Having paid I was told to wait a month for the product or to wait a few days for a refund when I cancelled the order. Here's an idea. Why dont you ship your products and then wait a month for payment? Don't make excuses. Don't take money for products you don't have in stock.

The service this company provides from the first contact right through to delivery. Installation and removal is amazing. You could not fault the whole procedure
And to top it off they price match if they're not already cheaper.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve purchased from appliances online over the years. On each occasion the ordering and delivery process was seamless. Added bonus no delivery charges and collection of old appliances is an outstanding feature. Why anyone would go elsewhere is beyond me.

Driver never arrived and sent a message delivery failed. Shittiest experience. Donot understand customer's problem.
