Actually, like all (it seems) other Trustpilot reviews for this "company", my review is unsolicited.
The usual red flags (spelling mistakes, very shoddy website design) were not there. But the only contact telephone number is a UK Mobile - NOT a landline. I therefore switched over to Trustpilot to find that the 33% reduction compared to other suppliers was the proverbial "too good", and a number of people - who I hope have not lost out - kindly warned others of the stark truth.
"Appliancesplace"? No, "Apply, and your money will be displaced", more like.

They are scammers. They use different websites, I ordered on vacuums-direct.co.uk but didn't get anything: no vacuum cleaner, no reply to my numerous emails, messages or my phone calls. I don't understand why Klarna plc cooperates with them.

Scam site needs shutting down stalling money and no answer to emails phone number doesn't work

This still has not been delivered.
The company telephone does not answer.
This company do not reply to emails.
Paid using Klarna and they as much use as mens tits….
Keep telling me to contact the company.
Reported to credit card company as potential fraud and claim lodged.

Don’t touch applincesplace they are absolute scammers I ordered a tv paid using Klarna I had a email confirming my purchase from them but no delivery so contacted them then Klarna they are linked to a company called health is your choice when I rang them an Asian man answered and denied all knowledge now Klarna are investigating and I’m contacting action fraud this website needs shutting down 🤬

Paid for 4 TV’s using Klarna. Now my emails are ignored, the phone number on the site is not answered.
I’ve started a chat on the website, but as soon as I ask about my TV’s, the chat stops Avoid!!!

Ordered a tv with these ?something went wrong with the payment so I had to do it again so they took for two tv tried phoning tried email no answer. No answer no tv no Mandy back had to get in touch with the bank they give me money back for one tv have to wait for the outcome for the other one what I don’t understand is why is the company still be advised. Ps give them one star by mistake

Not received my TV. Total scam messaged no reply. How can they still be able to take your money.
Now got my money back 22 Aug from card

I was looking for a LG 43” TV. Which costs £249, but they were only charging £168 brand new!. I became suspicious when they were advertising the exact same model at 3 different prices. They did not reply when I asked why the different prices? Glad I checked with trustpilot

Purchase made, no confirmation, no emails answered, phone number not answered and also relates to another ‘business’ in a different area of Uk. Absolute scammers. Reported and now in process of investigation

Exactly what others have said, even clicking on there e-mail address redirects you to info at store.flightocean.
unfortunately no reviews around at my time of order until after. like others will have to wait 30 Days

Just read the reviews after the name that appeared on my credit card transactions statement was completely different from the name on the website. I too have received no order confirmation and the phone number is a mobile number which just asks you to leave a message. Have called my credit card company but have to let 30 days elapse before I can claim my money back.

This is a scam company using another businesses address details. (They have confirmed that they have no knowledge of Appliances place)
I unfortunately ordered a TV from them and did not receive a confirmation email or delivery time details. I tried emailing and phoning, but the email address no longer exists and the phone number does not receive calls. Their website looks legit, but I should have checked it out as thoroughly as I have done now. Stick with the big names for peace of mind!!!
