I ordered something at the beginning of the year that never arrived. DPD had left the package without permission in my absence. then it was gone. I've been trying to get my money back ever since. The support from the applied store doesn't help me at all. I've been put off with questionable excuses for months. Finally, I wanted to request documents so that I could go to the police myself. Even then, I've been waiting for this for over 3 weeks. Support complete disaster, I'll never order from here again.

Hi Niklas, let's put some things in perspective here. Your order was placed in March - however your order got lost. Please also add to this that within your building you are aware your parcels get missing all the time - this is something you emailed to us - so this makes it a bit hard for the investigation by DPD to get handled as we had to hand over all communication - including you mentioning you weren't in the country when the parcel was delivered but also you mentioning this happens a lot.
Yes, investigation takes a long time with DPD especially when the parcel has been signed for and with the information this happens a lot - this means it gets put through other departments within DPD as well. As we are not directly in contact with all DPD employees this takes time.
However in your review you forgot to mention the filling out of the documents you failed to fill it out correctly the first time. This also frustrates the investigation of DPD because this takes even more time.
The tone of voice in your emails have always been very hostile, mentioning you want to sue us, sue DPD, start police investigations - even questioning if our employees should be having holidays and how long their holidays should be.
Apparently, all of a sudden, you did mis our latest email requesting your bank details in order for us to refund you your order. But we get that leaving a pissed off review is much more fun and speeds up the process.
Great shop, even better owners!
Going the extra mile or two, with a smile! Can't recommend Applied Store enough! 12/10!
