Awful Schengen Visa Service

We have approached Applyschegenvisas.co.uk in last week of Feb to get appointment for Schengen visa with travel date in April. Initially, they promised to provide slot from TLS Contact by mid March. Till date no appointment was booked and money was not refunded either. Despite of them not booking an appointment they claim that our money is safe and we can book appointment until end of the year 2022 which is well beyond our travel date. Referring to there refund policy there is no mention about returning money if service is not provided. Hopeless customer service, they don't even bother to attend any calls over phone. Had to cancel my trip and disappoint my kids.
