The fabric quality is good, and it's convenient to be able to customize all the shirt's measurements and details. However, the 2% allowed tolerance on measurements is excessive to ensure a perfect fit.
The packaging process has been simplified and prices have been increasing over the past few years. The selection of fabrics is very broad, although it's not always easy to tell the true real-life look from the photos.
Overall it's fine, but they should improve the measurement tolerance.

I have previously ordered from this company and been let down when the order took too long to ship and was advised it was due to materials not being available. This time when I ordered, I checked with the company first to make sure the material was in stock and there would not be delays, at which point I was told "2-3 weeks to ship". After around 4 weeks of no update I contacted Apposta to check this was close to being shipped. Over the next two weeks I emailed 3 more times with no response. Eventually I heard back and was advised delays were due to "corporate reorganising" and it would be shipped in the next 7 days. After 7 days still no update, so I emailed to ask for an update and was advised it will be shipped in the next 7 days. 7 days later it became clear it would not be with me in time so I requested they cancelled the order (no response this time). Today (a week after I requested cancellation) I got an email confirming it had been shipped. Very disappointed in this service and has caused me great inconvenience. I would recommend using a different made to measure company if you are not ordering around 3 months in advance

I am so annoyed. I ordered my shirt well over a month ago. I completely forgot about it and checked the other day in my account and it said it was shipped 3 weeks ago even though I didn't get any emails. I've used the chat window, no response. I've used the contact page, no response. So the whereabouts of my shirt is anyone's guess. By the time it arrives, it won't fit me anymore!

Awful. I placed (and paid for) 3 shirts in early October. I have received none, and repeated e-mails to the company are never answered. The only phone number I can find for them seems to be dead. This comes after my first order - in September, for one shirt, which was delivered.

My order was marked as shipped and two weeks later has not arrived. Numerous emails sent to customer support and no response. No way of retrieving the money spent. A terrible experience

I ordered 6 shirts about 6 weeks ago
I emphasised that I wanted them posting to our address in Italy and that we must javelin them by 11/11 as we were returning to the UK and there would be no one there to receive them. In fact we are returning today and no sign of my shirts! At the outset, I emailed ALESSIA who was excellent and replied by. Return
I must have sent 6 or seven emails asking that my shirts should be sent to our UK address, but not even an acknowledgement

Radio silence - avoid

Ordered in August, after weeks was informed (after I repeat asked) that there were production delays. Then weeks later something was shipped out only to be returned by UPS due to missing customs paperwork … now support doesn’t even answer my emails .

Avoid it’s become a scam or something now, company defaulted or something

I purchased a denim shirt from Apposta in late July and it arrived early September. It was a stylish shirt that initially appeared well constructed. I did notice the fabric seemed delicately thin in spots. I wore the shirt twice. Yesterday, I went to unbutton the shirt to put it on and, unexpectedly, the fabric tore along one of the buttons. I was not being rough, it just randomly tore in a very thin part of the shirt while unbuttoning off the hanger. I reached out to Apposta to ask what could be done since I’d barely had the shirt for two months and they replied “unfortunately nothing”. For a shirt that cost $350 I would have expected better. Be cautious - their price point does not match the quality.

Shortly put – pathetic.
After contacting me twice to say the fabric I originally chose for my shirt was unavailable, they made me wait months without delivering my order. They ignored several of my follow-up emails for weeks. Only after I requested a refund through my bank did they finally reply—months later—telling me to “be patient.” I would not recommend this company to anyone. The dismissive attitude of their customer service is just the icing on the cake.

Quality is good shipping a little longer than expected.
Highly recommended.

Delivery took 78 days.

I have an order outstanding since Sept22 for two shirts one of which was dispatched but returned to UPS because of incorrect docs.The other I have no info.whatsoever &I have great difficulty getting any response from Customer Services.
I am getting close to cancelling this order unless I get some rapid response

Excellent communication throughout, and the shirt arrived even earlier than expected — very impressed!

Ordered my shirt mid August. Since then nothing. No delivery, no communications. After I contacted CS I got this:

We don't have a specific completion date at this time, but we estimate that we will complete it within the next 15 days.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience.
