Booked a slot then i was told the garage has to call me to confirm, they never did so i called, they said ive not been booked in and they dont know of this website, was also quoted £230 for a full service on this website then it actually ended up being £400+

Had an SOS warning light on the dashboard of my 2017 BMW X1, so took it to my local garage, Marsh Garage, Huddersfield,
After being told "your car is ready for collection" and paying £303 for the repair I collected the car. Guess what, the car was still in the same condition when I left it with them, SOS Warning light still lit.
After complaining to the owner I was told "I've done my best with it. It must be a BMW software which I have not got the equipment to resolve".
Why take on a job if you have not got the means to sort the problem.

website has a fundamental issue... on putting in car details. WHY are you only allowed to choose from 'servicing' or a small number of parts replacement jobs? What happens if the work is something else like 'replace a lambda sensor' or 'repair oil leak in CV joint'?

Badly thought through functionality.

Also no contact details on the website, doesn't it have any human support?

MOT done at Suttonz Garage today. Only booked yesterday and was fitted in today because of time constraints. Very efficient and pleasant staff. Would thoroughly recommend. Darren made me a lovely coffee. Thank you.

Chilwell mot garage.
Not been there for a while had a problem with the clutch. Hoping it was an easy fix.
These guys are amazing. Helpful and patient. When you find a garage you can trust hang on to them. Would recommend them to anyone.

It's a SCAM, they just put you in contact with one of the "approved" garages but won't provide any support in case that anything goes wrong. What is the point? Any garage can join and if they overcharge you or you get a bad service they won't help. Really, what is the point of this if not to fool you into a false sense of security that you're backed by some sort of support that the approved garages group will give you. If this is not true, what is that you are exactly doing? Except faking reviews of course.

Pointless - garage never contacted me despite me supposedly booking a slot

Car booked in for service mot and cam belt replaced. Collection and delivery service and advance notice of needing car for 2 days. Work seems to be done to a satisfactory level - I’m no mechanic so I do trust that the work has indeed been done. Trust for garages is a big deal. All itemised - a lovely good bag. But I would have liked car to have been valeted - that’s a nice extra especially as bill was over £700.

Absolutely useless inputed personal and car details, with absolutely no response whatsoever

ALL the reviews on approvedgarages are fake. Just look at the language used, they have not been written by individuals - eg they are very few spelling or grammatical errors. They are all written in the same style and use the same phrases multiple times.

Waste of time and I belive profitteering on parts that are dificultto get at the moment. Used part 443.75 with 3 month guarantee. New from a Fiat Garage 450.00 with 1 years guarantee.
