Today again i followed up they r a violating contracts but no body is there to question them Despite of followup they have not refunded my money am begging pleading crying resending their own contract on ehatsapp which was not full filled its been 3 months that also is violated. Who can trust such companies am not even sure if other review are genuine.
So, I went with Apps Curb to fix up my existing app and it was a mess tbh. They are pretty on it with stuff like that. Got the bugs ironed out, UI looks way better now and they pushed it back to the store quick.
On the other hand, their initial quote was a bit off from what I ended up paying... It went a bit over the estimated budget cos they found extra stuff that needed fixing (Which was actually kinda good they did that). But when I brought it up they were cool about it, explained everything properly.
I liked many things about them like the post launch support's been solid, needed a tiny tweak last week and they sorted it in like a day. The app's performing better now, users are happier... guess that's a win.
