Very cheaply made

Very cheaply made. There were sharp ends on some of the plastic which scratched my hand as I unpacked it.
Cannot be used for a toddler

Really good customer care

Really good customer care! And the product itself well yes you pay that little bit more, but it is by far superior to any car seat out there!!!

Brilliant car seat, amazing quality for how much it cost!

Purchased an Ostara Fix Auto Eco for my son who outgrew his booster.

Had an issue with putting the wrong delivery address but customer service resolved and amended quickly for me.

The quality of the seat is phenomenal, I did not expect much from this brand as Ive never heard of them but I will definitely be purchasing again when my daughter is old enough! Also, knowing that if I ever get into an accident the seats will be replaced for free is just brill.

Cannot reccomend apramo enough

Customer service non existent

Bought 2 car seats, did not get any notification on a delivery date until the courier had them in there possession.
Tried to register them for the warranty but the labels with the information needed were missing.
Contacted the adveriscustomer services number which is their warehouse and they cannot help with queries. They suggested using the web form. did this and still waiting a week later. I tried the customer services number again which were no help...I will be returning the products as i have no trust in them in case of a warranty claim

I noticed on the box it says plastic free packaging, yet the sest is in a plastic bag!!

Poor Communication

I ordered two car seats for my children and am very happy with them but, I received NO notification that they had been dispatched or when they would arrive. Luckily on delivery day I happened to be at home as my youngest was off school sick, otherwise they would have either sat outside in the rain or had to be redelivered.

No issues at all…

I hadn’t heard of this company before my purchase so was a bit wary however I ordered a car seat and it was delivered shortly after. I was updated throughout the order/delivery process and had no issues at all. From what I received the products are high quality not cheap and nasty.
