Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish, good old fashioned personal, polite, helpful customer service the way it used to be. Ordered a cushion on a Saturday received it in two days, had a query when ordering and spoke direct to owner and question answered immediately no issues. There’s a lot to be said about buying local from smaller businesses, we should all try our best to keep them up and running. Thank you and I love my new Bronte cushion.

Excellent customer service! I was having issues in ordering the item and contacted customer service via the on line chat line (late one Sunday afternoon). The agent was extremely helpful and quickly resolved the issue. The goods arrived a couple of days later - exactly as described and shown on website. Very pleased and would definitely recommend the company.
