I love april eye. i trust them to efficiently deliver me safe contacts that help me achieve any look i wanna create. i use them for my raves mostly.

“Lydia” sends copy and pasted, vague replies with no resolution.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered coloured contact lenses and received two lenses in completely different colours — a basic quality check should have caught this. When I contacted the company, they did nothing to fix the problem and showed zero accountability.

I paid for a matching pair of lenses and instead got a useless product and dismissive customer service. If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly advise others to avoid this company altogether

I wasted $50 on aprileye. The contacts were sent to a country I’ve never visited or lived in. No refund received.
If they were going to ship, why ship to the wrong address? Never ordering from these Chinese scammers again. Also offer no customer service.

I place an order and it did not send confirmation email hence it took payment from my account, I decided to repurchase again the same order and it sent confirmation letter. I asked for a refund from my first order and their staff named Lydia is making it complicated and refused to give my money back. I purchased two items, I wouldn’t mind if i only purchased one but i purchased two of which means i spent a lot of money. She refused to believe me and take so long to reply to my emails, so unprofessional. Never going to order from this shit ass business

Great lenses!! I’ve used them for a while multiple times for long wear, I love their packaging and how affordable they are compared to other companies!!🤍

I have order contacts from them a lot and they are great quality and if you have any questions they answer really quick unlike others online people than you very much super happy with all my contacts

these are one of the most best contacts lenses I’ve ever tried compared to other websites AprilEye is always my go to!! The lenses are very soft and don’t feel uncomfortable at all, and the colors compliment my eyes. Best yet, every time I’ve placed a order they’re always so generous in giving me an additional pair of free contact lenses which is what made me always come back to ordering from them.

This company is a real scam. I ordered the contact lenses from this website and they send it to wrong address that I never live there before. They told me that is my fault and tell me to contact local post office. After checking with local post office, the package is returned to sender because incorrect the address ( no such number). They said that it is my fault to put the wrong accept and the warehouse doesn’t accept the return this years. So it is being destroyed by America country. They don’t need to deceive me. I’ve never heard this before and I think they are lying to not give me money back. Do not order anything from this website. They will rip off your money.

I had ordered a pair of lenses. It was $30. Few hours later, I refunded because I no longer wanted the color that I bought. I’ve been waiting for my money for 2 weeks now. I’ve emailed them many times and they ARE NOT sending my money back. All they’ve said in the email was “we’ll send you a new pair”. I DONT want a new pair from them. I want my money back and I’ve been waiting. Don’t order from here. They won’t refund your money back to you.

The contacts came very fast and are comfortable to wear. One issue I had was that one of the contacts I had ordered was out of stock. I was not notified. But the customer service was great and helped me out. They allowed me to pick another type and they sent it out right away.

I absolutely love the variety of colored contacts AND they do a great job with customer service. They actually keep an eye on tracking for you and will offer a free pair if shipping takes too long! Highly recommend!

They have scammed me out of $124.xx, I was a regualr and then all of a sudden they dont know my address and have not been sending me my contacts that i pay for. When I contact, all they say is they were delivered. However, they were NOT

Lydia from customer service is very very unprofessional. She keeps lying about the contact lenses being in perfect condition when I told her it is very irritating in my eyes and refusing to give me a refund which I am entitled to! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Absolutely terrible, some of the pairs I ordered burned and irritated my eyes. When I told customer service they insisted that I was putting it in backwards. I’ve been wearing contacts for 5 years now and would never make that mistake. I ended up trying what they said in the email (they told me to soak the contacts for 8 hours and try rubbing it) and still had irritation in my eyes and when I told them that they sent me the same exact email just without the last part same wording and everything. The customer service is so bad telling me to “relax” because I’m mad that my eyes are irritated and I paid 70 dollars for 2 pairs of contact I can’t even use plus they send automatic responses and they also claim “the contacts come from the best manufacturer” and “very few customers are uncomfortable with it” with no absolute proof.

Bad quality. I couldn’t wear any of those 5 pairs that I ordered. They were so dry and one pair even went back to the other side of my eyes when I blinked. Sent email to them and they seemed don’t care at all. I paid 5 pairs of TRASH.

I would give no stars if possible! Absolutely terrible customer service. They sent lenses which looks nothing like the website. When I contacted them they said colours can VARY??? However the website doesn’t state anything about colours being DIFFERENT? They kept ignoring my emails and then making excuses saying this person left so we couldn’t reply. When they did reply they then said they would be deducting all these ‘fees’ if I was to send it back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN

i paid for the contacts using paypal--as in the money is no longer in my account-- then received an email that reads "Due to the reason of the payment partner, you may fail to pay. If you fail to pay successfully, it is recommended that you try several times or try to pay according to the following method" featuring instructions on how to pay them again through paypal. i then had to sign up with an account on their website to cancel my "pending" order, next to a "complete order" button. still in the process of trying to get my money back. super sketchy. don't fall for the promoted content like i did.
