Tal como hemos hablado, es importante no trasplantar la planta antes de reportar la incidencia para que podamos accionar al respecto.

The problem with delivery
The problem with delivery. It was not delivered in time. And when I finally received the flower - it was upside down. The flower was not in the pot but was withdrawn from it and laid separately. The flower was damaged, of course.
