Paid a deposit for a treatment and they closed and didn’t complete the service. They knew they were going to close and continued to sell services. I’ve been waiting for them to open up again, it’s been over a year.

I have a 80 voucher this is not good at all u need to give people back there money weather u closed down or Not. This is unacceptable. Poor quality

They closed down it seems. They owe me £85, but no amount of calling, emailing and messaging has recived a response.

Same as everyone else, bought a voucher in March 2023 - Flash sale! Sounded too good to be true really. They owe me £100.

I was gifted a £120 gift voucher in March 2023 and tried to book on three occassions (twice in person). On the last occassion was told the spa had closed permanently and there was no recourse for a refund. Avoid, avoid, AVOID.

THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! My sister kindly bought us a £350 voucher as a wedding present back in April. We went to book and they closed down without any notice and even took my sisters money even though they had already shut down!

Have closed down with and run off with customers money while knowing they were unable to fulfil. Scammers. Have a £250 voucher that I purchased on the 09/04/2023 as a present. Now without any value. Please do avoid

I paid a deposit for a massage service with them to find out their business had closed (instagram account /aprilspromisespa) so was never available in the first instance.

Have been trying to call and email for 2 days now with no avail and since then they have charged £500 worth of treatments to my card. Unknowingly they set the payment up as recurring without permission and now keep setting up new treatments and attempting to take payments.

DO NOT USE THE SERVICE

Have a gift card, they won’t answer the phone. Had an appt but I turned up and they were closed! No email or anything to say it was cancelled. Now they have shut down with no way of getting a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

April’s Promise Spa appears to have shut down … and run off with customer’s money! My wife and her friend showed up for their spa appointment today only to find out it has been closed for over a week. No refund… no communication whatsoever. Extremely poor service. We look forward to receiving our £300 back please!!

They don’t pay their staff awful management!! Do not go here

This is not your typical customer review as I have not personally visited this spa, however I can say that I am extremely disappointed with the way in which they as an employer has treated my 18yrs niece, as an employer they have not paid her, she has patiently waiting to be paid, which should have been before Christmas.

This is a form of workplace exploitation And I urge Ifran to make payment as per the guidelines under the Employment Rights Act.

Please do not give this business any custom as they are not paying their staff in particular their young vulnerable staff members. Please avoid as this company is unethical and their practices are illegal.

If I could do a minus 1 star I certainly would. The owner of this company is a fraud he makes promises to pay his staff and does NOT pay them he is less than the waist that we all get rid off. He lack any kind of trust and I would certainly recommend that under NO circumstances should you engage in any activity with this individual. After several ask regarding payment for work done he continues to ignore his staff and former employee that he owes money. No doubt he owes HMRC his Landlord, not to mention that he probably do not invest any funds in the maintenance of the work space. You would be taking a RISK if you ever go to this Spa!!!

Appalling and abusive

this is by far the best spa in SW london. I had my second visit yesterday and I cant explain how good the treatments were. Staff are great too. Def going back.
