Rang in the morning got an emergency appointment in the afternoon. Sara treated my tooth quickly and efficiently with a ding while she was doing it. Great service.

Brilliant service

From the reception to the dentist lady who attended to us we got first class service. The dentist patiently spoke to my foster son through google translator. She patiently explained everything to us, the upcoming appointments, procedures etc.

Phil is amazing, he saw my dad as an emergency and took his tooth out with such ease, no pain and no pain after the treatment either. thankyou to all the staff for always going above and beyond for my dad and other patients.

Again, I can find no fault with any part of my care and treatment.
Saraah was ably assisted by Jenna….what a good team they are.
They worked tirelessly. Everything was explained in detail and my questions were answered fully.
I am in the middle of a course of treatment and while I cannot say I look forward to my visits.

Outstanding service. Dr Philip gale went above and beyond with repairs to my teeth in a very efficient manner. I've hidden my teeth for so many years as they were untidy.i can now smile with confidence,I'm so pleased with the results. Can't recommend AP Smilecare highly enough. Every staff member from the front desk to the dentist themselves that you deal with are all extremely polite and efficient. Every appointment goes as smooth as humanly possible.

I had a toothache and called for an emergency appointment. I was surprised how quickly I was seen. Unfortunately the tooth had to be removed but Phil was excellent and very professional who took his time being extremely careful during the process.

My husband has been going here for over 30 years. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and he has had excellent treatment throughout.

It's always a pleasure coming into the practice and meeting Jo and the rest of the team. I've always been made to feel welcome and relaxed prior to treatment. During the treatment, Jo is very understanding of what I need and what I want to achieve post treatment. I couldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!

Dentist and dental hygienist are very professional they gave me good advice and are warm and friendly. Sabina (dental hygienist ) has an amazing personality really shines for me as a warm welcoming professional person ! Very informative and does a very detailed job in teeth cleaning and supportive advice : )well done !

receptionists (and there are three of them by the way ) are very dull and don’t really interact and the only thing they say are “name please” “take a seat” or “go upstairs “ hence a star down apart from that great dental clinic : ) they probably would need more patient client care customer service training “ how to interact with a smile or just simply asking how are you? “ as they are first point of contact and last point for re-appointments.
