Seal inside tub broken
On opening the hard seal on the outside of my Aptamil powder tub, I discovered that the silver plastic layer at the top (on the inside) was broken so already open and powder had spilled out.

Introducing formula

Well when my baby boy was born we had him in cow and gate he just didn’t seem like he was putting much wheight on allways grunting so we switched him to your brand and he loves it he’s put so much wheight on the grunting stopped and now he’s a good and healthy baby wheight 14lb and 10 oz at 4 months old

I am an unemployed mother. My new babygirl cant finish the bottle within 4 weeks. Meaning I have to trow it away the bottle even though she did not tinish. Why is it within 4 weeks of opening you cannot use it after 4 weeks. Is the quality going bad ? Then why are you making such thing?

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the shelf life of this product, as a parent myself I do understand how stressful it must be to throw away formula that hasn’t been used. The reason why a pack should not be used after 4 weeks of opening is because the value of the nutrients in the powder can decrease, which would alter the nutritional composition and therefore would not be as nutritional for your little one.
