What an incredible experience! My partner and I had the pleasure touring apartments in Austin with Bobby, whom went above and beyond to ensure our tour was well planned, efficient, and pleasant. Not only did Bobby show us all the best apartments in the area, but he also took the time to answer all of our questions and provide us with helpful insights about the Austin community. His enthusiasm and passion for helping people find their perfect home were evident throughout the entire tour, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Frank Furio at AptAmigo is the absolute best! I contacted him on Wednesday with my non-negotiables for my next apartment. By Saturday we found my home within my budget after touring a few places. When we toured, he was intentional with every tiny detail down to where I would stage my plants and save on parking. He ubered us everywhere and even bought us drinks between tours and walked the neighborhood with us to get a feel for it - There’s absolutely no agent fees to work with AptAmigo in Chicago so it truly felt like I was touring with a great friend. Frank is wonderfully easy to work with - going above and beyond to make this the best apartment search experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 highly recommend! Definitely referring everyone I know to him! My daughter had to find an apartment site unseen in a short amount of time. Having never been to Chicago, and not knowing the area, this was overwhelming task. I ended up working with Samy when I used AptAmigo to search for a new apartment to rent. Even when I was unsure of seeing units in a different neighborhood, he suggested a few that he thought I would like based on my preferences. I'm so glad he did because I ended up absolutely loving one and it's now my new home! This is the best apartment I've ever lived in, and I got a really impressive deal on it as an added bonus! I never would have chosen this area if it weren't for him— but he was totally right. I love it and it fits my lifestyle so much better than my first choice. HIGHLY recommend AptAmigo.

AptAmigo was an amazing vehicle for my move to a new place in Chicago! Peter listened carefully to our search criteria and sent us an awesome list of places. He helped us narrow our list and facilitate conversations with property owners/landlords to get all of our pressing questions after. AptAmigo was an awesome resource throughout the apartment sales process, and Peter is a top notch employee!

They literally did everything for me and I don't know how it's a free service, but I am so happy with where I'm living. Couldn't be happier with AptAmigo!
