I wanted buy Iberogast ( approved OTVC brand medicine) at less than half it’s available for in the U.K. but became suspicious & even more when I read several poor reviews here. I then found out there domain has been banned by Campaign.Fakemeds.Gov.U.K. for selling fake meds so hopefully that will convince anyone checking reviews not to buy

They extend the expiry date of products by pasting new labels on the packaging. Do not recommend it!

ENG: Super quick service I recommend. I was worried due to several bad reviews but now I don't regret ordering with them. I ordered it on Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday morning (today).

Worst experience ever. I get my parcel just after more than 3 weeks! Every time when I tried to ask them where is my parcel, they all the time lying! Every time give different dates when they send the parcel. I have been asking for proof, they never send proof for me that they send my parcel. I think people buying medicine not without reason, and 3 week delivery for medicine which you need, is too long! Not recommended for anybody! Unless you want keep asking for parcel...

Terrible, dishonest and very rude customer service. They promise quick delivery in 48h then when you complain couse parcel didn’t came in time become very rude. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was in so bad pain and ordered my polish pills on Thursday morning, the parcel came on Friday after 24 hours. An hour after payment my items were dispatched. I highly recommend!

Placed few orders in the past, always arrived on time. You have to pay for the "royal mail 1st class" to make your shipment "express" and I always received my orders within 2 days time frame, from the day of purchase / money transfer.

Unfortunately, I came across very weird experience just today. I placed order at 7am in the morning (including money transfer as well), but I did not receive any confirmation that my package has been shipped as usual. Contacted company to discuss this but they could not find my order or any details regarding the money transfer I have made on early morning. Company representative (never introduced him/herself), asked me to provide screenshot from my bank account (what?! Not a best practice, I lost my trust fully from that point), to proof that money has been sent. Once this has been clarified without any screenshots, "representative" said that my package is in transit already and it shall arrive in 4 days - not 2 as usual. You can clearly see that I have been lied about the postage, but company would not admit any mistakes as I paid for the "express" postage so they will have to refund me for that if they failed.
They also refused to refund me fully for my order (I requested that before my package "become shipped already" so i would not be surprised if word "refund" changed their point of view on my order status).

"Representative" start to ignore me once I requested any evidence for my order to be out from their premises - by the law they must provide that upon customer request.

Very weird acting, customer service on very poor level.

Personally, I'm shocked.

Email will be send to Trading Standards due bank fraud practices.

Medications are offered with lower prices, including postage, than those offered by their competitors. Delivery within the specified ETD. It’s a good alternative to local pharmacies.
