Justin let us know he was on his way when he was within 20 minutes from our home. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the chemicals he used as well as explaining what he was going to do to fix our situation. At the end of his visit he recapped our visit and answered any remaining questions about our treatments to our satisfaction.

Communications via text are always helpful and Amari was very pleasant in person when he got here! Very willing to discuss if we needed anything specific addressed and a great attitude the whole visit !

Techs are fantastic, call center is horrible.
Tech who came out, Rosalio, was very patient, professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He also remembered the sticky traps before leaving. He gets a 5 star review. The overseas call center reps are horrible and if he and all but one of the techs weren’t as fantastic as they are I would definitely cancel my service. Having to call for any reason is always a hassle and a stressful event. They also claim they don’t have reps in the US. The call center is a 1 out of 5 stars every time since at least the automated service can give some good info.

The technician was on the property for…
The technician was on the property for less than 10 minutes. After inspection we found spider web full of eggs, wasp nest and spiders in the back patio area. I gave Aptive Pest Control a second chance and they failed again.

Aptive Pest Contol is a great company
Aptive Pest Contol is a great company. I have had them do my pest control for the past 5 years and I am very pleased with the results. They helped me get rid of a destructive yellow jacket bee's nest and other pests in my yard and home. Even though they schedule my appointments every 3 months; I can change it whenever I need to on the internet or simply by calling them. If I notice something I need their help on after a treatment has been given, I can contact them and they will come to fix it with no charge. I trust their knowledge and professionalism.
