Reliable Professional Service

I have been a monthly service customer for many years. I have the outside and some areas inside my home treated as prevention. The guys are knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Anytime we have an issue between visits (i.e. new wasp nest), they come back and make it right. We had a mouse problem for a short time, and they got rid of them.

Was a Retreatment Necessary?

It would have been better if our entire service could have been done on the first visit, rather than scheduling a retreatment. After asking whether the eves were treated, the first technician said he couldn't do them because the winds were above 15mph. At the retreatment, the winds were still high, but that technician did a dusting of our eaves, rather than a spray. I don't know why the first technician didn't do that.

It took way TOO long to get a supervisor with a ladder to my home!

It took way TOO long to get a supervisor to my home, to remove a wasp’s nest from the furnace vent. This required a supervisor with a ladder. Zach, the supervisor who eventually came, was fabulous. However, Aptive needs a much better method of communication between the person who answers calls and the representatives they send. The first representative they sent was not a supervisor and he had no ladder. I had left specific instructions, which were ignored. I also think the representatives need better training in insects and in how to treat customers. Perhaps supervisor Zach could provide such training. Otherwise customers like me will choose other service providers when their contracts expire.

The technicians did great - everything I requested was done. What's not so great is the price - and they didn't notify me in advance that they increased the price again - second time in 6-months.
