My technician Kenny did an awesome job and took the time to explain what all goes on this time of year. He took the time to spray my garages which I thought might help with the spiders this time of year.
Over all excellent service and ever reminded me to keep my dog in for a couple of hours!

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. They left a massive wasp nest 2 times even after I pointed it out. I have a baby so this was genuinely a concern as we do not know what he could be allergic to. Then when I canceled they would not refund me the monthly fee despite not doing a thing that month until I argued with them and asked for management.

Satisfied with this company
I have had Aptive for about a year now. I did have another company before and they didn't do what Aptive does. Aptive sprays my yard and I don't have any fleas or spiders in my house now. Makes me and my cat very happy! They also put the bait traps around the house and no more mice. I have to say they are excellent.

Aptive Pest Control has helped so much with the amount of insects that were previously coming into my home. I don’t seem to have as many. Maybe one or two a month. They take good care of their customers and my technician, always does an excellent job of spraying every place needed. I can highly recommend Aptive Pest Control.

The first two visits were not good
The first two visits were not good! The same guy came for both times! He had a nasty attitude using cuss words around my children! It was like he didn’t like his job, he even sent me a message I think by accident, asking why he was back at the same address! Just very rude I emailed my concerns to supervisor never heard anything back. Talk to someone and they said they were going to give me a credit on my account for the initial fee, that hasn’t been done! I look at my account and show no credit has been done. The guy who came last month was super nice and I would like to have him every month!
I am still seeing bugs about the same amount but I am afraid to get any other services because like I said the guy was not friendly!!
Also I am still waiting for my gift card so I can pay my remainder bill!!

We had a long talk with Duke who is some type of district manager at Aptive who was training a tech. My husband was impressed with his knowledge of all the products.
