The tech you get makes all the difference
The tech I had this last application was JC. He explained a lot of things about the procedures per level of service. Another tech I had told me I wasn't entitled to the perimeter application of granules but it seems I am. So there were a few applications where I didn't get what I paid for

Very standard services
Very standard services, presented as being above average. I was promised that all the cobwebs would be removed from my soffits. This did not happen. I was sent a report with 20 photos of the service man applying his toxins around my property. time being better spent doing a good job.
I hired them because we have an ant problem outside in the sitting area. After many applications and about five months, I think they got this accomplished.,

We also have an extremely low incidence of pests both inside our home.
