Quick and Responsive

The tech was quick and responsive to my requests. He knew what he was doing, and I appreciate the pictures of the areas showing his applications. Even with this hot, humid summer, I've had no pest concerns. The hornets that were an issue when I first moved here are gone.

For the past 4 or 5 months I have had…

For the past 4 or 5 months I have had an increasing amount of large ants in my upstairs master bathroom and now the closet. It started out just one or two, and each month it has increased. Excellent Service and Results

I have experienced great results and maintenance from the service the Aptive crew had provided! I can always have confidence that any problematic insect I may run across (black ants, spiders, even Lantern Flies) will be eliminated with the upcoming treatment my property receives. Aptive has been taking care of my property since 2019, and have always been responsive, and invested in fully providing satisfaction of service.

Unknown pest attacking rose bushes

I’m concerned about spotted lantern flies that I believe are attacking my roses. Is there a deterrent? Or something that kills them? I rarely see the technician who also added another device at the rear of my yard on a fence that I’m not sure of it’s purpose.

Not bad, competitive with other services, sales tactic aggressive

I've had 3 services so far. Honestly, not bad and competitive with other companies that do pest control. The level of attention really depends on the technician you receive. I will say it has been 3 different people each time and not the same person. I've had good experiences (technician spends time and is careful) and I've had okay experiences (technician does the bare minimum). Their online scheduling is a huge plus, I can schedule revisits too which are free.

Biggest Cons: Aggressive sales door to door sales that over promised. Different technician each visit, I wish it were the same person that can build familiarity with my property and my needs. Instead of having to explain it repeatedly.

Cell phone usage

The technician was on their cell phone the majority of the time during our service visit and in my opinion did not seem to care about doing a good job. I watched the technician step on my flowers in the landscaping which could have easily been avoided if they had watched where they were stepping.

I have been very happy with Aptive for…

I have been very happy with Aptive for my pest control. All service technicians have been professional and knowledgeable about the treatment process. Most of all, the treatment results exceed my expectations when controlling ants, bees, etc. Highly recommended!

Grounding the yellow jackets.

Had many yellow jackets flying around our porch. Could not even sit there without being dive bombed by them. You were here for one treatment and the next day they were gone.
