I mostly hired them for my Yellow…

I mostly hired them for my Yellow Jacket/Bee problem. I also had some ants, but mostly for the bee problem. They did take care of the ants. However asking several techs to address the bee problem, they all said it was taken care of.
During my 4th of July BBQ, we were inundated with bees. So I called as instructed if there was any problem with any pest. They came back out and "again" said the problem was "taken care of".
So the next BBQ was a few weeks later and yet again, bees everywhere.
So I promptly cancelled them. It cost me $199.00 to cancel. It is what it is.
I say never again

Apti has been terrific!

Apti has been terrific is identifying and addressing the specific pest issues here. They are extremely communicative and accommodating. ANd, all my bees, waps, yellow jackets, etc. were gone before the summer's end!

Aptive came through...

10/09/2025 UPDATE: In all fairness, Aptive sent another tech out and they did a great job...

Communication needs to be updated. I work overnights and just having a phone number for communication (no customer service email and no chat) seems ill-advised to say the least.

I'll stick with them for now...

I happened to catch the Aptive technician on my home security cameras yesterday.

He completed the entire service on a 5000 sq ft house in under 12 minutes. He skipped a lot of the house. He filled the tank on his equipment with just water from my hose and then sprayed just that water. He’s very good at using his phone to make it appear that he’s done a thorough job.

I reached out to the company via the customer service email only to receive an auto responder stating that Aptive no longer monitors the email address.

I filled out the contact form on their site twice and no one responded.

Save your money and find a local pest control company.

I basically get the same technician who knows what to do and I can trust him to do the job outside when I am not able to be at home.

We had a situation with a ground nest…

We had a situation with a ground nest of yellow jackets. My wife had been stung and experienced a very severe reaction. The treatment Aptive Pest Control provided appears to have alleviated our problem. The technician was very thorough in explaining how he was going to solve our problem.
