The service providers always communicate prior to their arrival and ask if there are problem areas. Very helpful to have a game plan. Always friendly service.

I have more pests know than before the service
I have more pests know than I had before my last service. I tried calling and no one gets back to me. I’m thinking of canceling our service with Aptive Environmental.

Tech was rude. They did not treat our property in the time they spent here. Ant hills still are present.

James was very apologetic about the mix…
James was very apologetic about the mix up. And I was ready to find a new pest control for me and my mother’s home. But he as so pleasant. He is the only reason I stayed with Aptive. He was so attentive to every concern.
