I bought two jumpers (in two different sizes) on 30 October 2021. I contacted them early December 2021 as I had not received my order. I was told it was coming etc. Only one item got delivered and it was not the jumper I ordered. I offered to return the wrong item at my own cost (legally when the wrong item is sent to you, you don't have to return back at your own cost and you are entitled to a full refund), asking where to send it to back. Given a difficult order process, I wanted a full refund for my original order. Jen said by email on 7 December 2021 that a full refund would be processed and a collection organised. None of this was organised, despite sending an email reminder. It's now with my credit card company on a Dispute Claim.
