Scamming, not giving money back.

Items arrived much later than the estimated arrival time, when they did arrive, I received a wrong item. I mailed them about this multiple times and upon returning I did not receive my money back. I mailed them about this as well. Poor communication, not trustworthy and just scamming. 0/10 not recommended to purchase anything from them. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before buying from them.

We checked our spam System and it seems that your E-Mails was stuck their. We have to apologize for it. Of course, you will get your money. It seems that you have not opened the box, as we had replaced the 7% Tube with a 2.4% Tube, as at that time Arcadia was not able to supply the 2.4% Units. As we had enough 2.4% Lamps on stock, we decided to replace it.

Again delivery was up to 14 Working Days Mo-Fr (puplic holidays are no working days). You asked within this time frame (April 23) for a refund, which was made at the same day, which basically answered, 2 of 3 question immediately.

this company has a very poor customer…

this company has a very poor customer service , they do not reply, no info on site to easily find anything to relate to reply times then sends you links to stuff that cant be found in an aggressive manner, also if your from the UK they wont sell to you because we dont understand taxes, i researched taxes import fees ect before purchase i have a right to cancel an order i asked if its been dispatched if not cancel i was getting no reply apart from when i asked paypal to intervene ,i got a reply then the first line was what is this nonsense, im happy to link email trail of this, again AVOID the money saving is just not worth the savings which for me was only £12 they to me came accross aggressive and seemed to sugest that people from the uk dont understand that we left the EU and we pay extra fees, my reason for asking to cancel was no reply was down to another issue like the amount of time it would have taken to arrive the import fees was around £40, WHY WOULD YOU PURCHASE IF THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GET, WOULD NOT LIKE TO THINK WHAT THE PROBLEMS WOULD BE IF I HAD AN ISSUE WITH ITEM.

What is this nonsense? If you don't know what you need, then think about it before you order anything. The UK is no longer part of the EU, so you will have to pay fees and VAT. It is also rude of you to claim that you called us. No calls from the UK since December 29. 25.

Think carefully before you order anything. It's nonsense that you called us. There hasn't been a single call since December 29. So be careful, it could be a scam.

Stay on your island and don't order anything from the EU.

No one works in our office on weekends. Requests will be processed starting Monday.
It's your own fault if we react indignantly, because you called us fraudsters on PayPal, which is nonsense in itself, because a fraudster must do something intentionally and will certainly not offer a secure payment, as we do.
We now stopping selli.g to the UK, as it seems that the people still do not understand that they are no lobger part of the EU and must pay the custom clearance, duty and UK VAT.

(ME) if you dont reply to paying customers then expect some suspicion. Saying your a scamer and getting no reply and asumeing it could be scam are two different things just because you offer secure oayment dont mean its not a scam maybe go on s scam education course if you send the item good, if you refund me even better. For this attitude im going to make my.mission to leave the worst reviews i can where i can, now grow up dont ignore people and expect a good outcome bye bye mr grumps

(ME) CANCEL MY ORDER THEN, ITS THAT SIMPLE, i don't mind paying taxes as it goes to my government, never had an issue with the import/taxes/vat etc just an issue with your company, its that simple. and to see your true colours to people who pay you money is terrible i do know what i was ordering i do know about import taxes i can even supply the tax code for import fees, i done my homework first using you just saved me £12 that's all, wish i hadn't bothered. go ahead cancel my order then we both happy. cant wait to
leave those reviews your customer service is awful.

No worry for UK customers, we have removed UK from our shipping list.
This customer forgot to mention, that he ask to cancle to order after we had told, that he has to pay custom clearnce duty and the local UK VAT, as UK is no part of the EU. So of course he had an issue to pay taxes.

Jan 8, 10:36 pm - Question if the order is shipped ! (Deliverytime 14 Working days!) So, what he realy was expecting?
Jan 9, 11:37 am - He asked again (even knowing that we we response within 24-48hours) and ask to cancle the order
Jan 9, 4:06 pm - Opend a second Ticket, instead of using the first one, to ask for reply. Still not even 24hours over prior to first question.
Jan 9, 7:26 pm - open a PayPal case
Jan 10, 9:34 am - E-Mail with 'where is my refund? or item?' (weekend, nobody works)
Jan 11, 1:52 am - PayPal case closed, as sombody from our accounting worked at the weekend


So what the hack he want? First placing an order, than asking if it is sent, than he cancled, than he asked again for the item ordered. Sorry, We would be idiots to send out goods with such behaviour.

Fact is, 90% of the UK orders are cancled after we informed them again (it is already in the shipping Information page), that they have to pay custom clearance, duty and local UK VAT, as they still are not aware that this is the case, as they are no longer part of the EU.

Order date , that he asked Besides this I told them, if they do not know if they have to pay duty and local VAT, just buy localy. This have nothing to do with EU customers. We have enough satisfied customers in Italy, France, Portugal, Poland, etc.
So pls. do not ask if we can deliver to the UK. It seems that some UK people still do not understand that they no longer part of the EU. Making trouble 2nd day after order placed, the opend a PayPal case that the item is not delivered. He asked for refund, after that, for delivery, than again for refund. So we refunded at kicked off UK from our county list. Each time the same thing.

Just look to other of his reviews. He is very agressiv and as the saying goes, “what goes around comes around”.

Totally unresponsive and unprofessional

Aqua-Terra24.de ignored all of my attempts to contact them for weeks after placing an order — no replies to email, phone calls or their own ticket system keeping me in the dark about my order. They only reacted after I requested a refund through my bank and even then their response was hostile and antagonistic rather than helpful. Instead of acknowledging their lack of communication, they chose to blacklist me and even my country, which is both unprofessional and unreasonable.

Unfortunately, my experience echoes many of the negative reviews already posted. I now wish I had read them beforehand and taken their advice.

We blacklisted your country as it it make no sense to ship items to Malta with postal services especial Terrariums. The same we have done with Irland und UK and other countries. As soon we managed to restrict certain items to be send abroad the countries may be enabled again, if it makes economic sense. Point is, it is our right to select with whom we like to make business and in which country we will and can send items.

Half of month trying to receive package…

Half of month trying to receive package , asked to have the package delivered told me that the parcel needs to be packed? Ok that's not my issue , pack the parcel ?
Then asked why suddenly they have posted but tracking number is saying not collected . Week later ...
So I asked again and then they told me they have proof. ....
And can't provide it. Then very unprofessionally telling me that the PayPal case won't speed process. ...
Parcel never handed over...stay away.
