AquaFunded 

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

On February 9th, 2026, I was charged $1,484 (CB TAP*Aqua Funded – UAE) for a $400k Instant Pro account. The payment was successfully debited from my Visa card.

However, AquaFunded claims they never received the payment.

For over a week, I have been repeating my case to multiple support agents. Each time, I am put on hold and transferred to a new representative, forcing me to explain everything again.

I have provided formal proof of payment from my bank.

Despite this, no resolution has been provided.

At this point, I feel completely stuck between the firm and my bank, with no clear solution. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and resolves it properly.

Sure their accounts are somewhat cheap, strict rules but yeah that’s not really a problem. Once I accidentally took a trade and closed near news, sure I didn’t look it was my bad, but I wanted info about what would happen to my profits from that trade, the support MISINFORMED and that led to my account having a ruined consistency score that I had to fix through the following days. Also many issues with their website, once while it was a new trading day my Daily Loss Limit hadn’t moved and I almost blew my account without noticing, contacted support and it took more than an hour to fix it.

Recently AquaFunded allowed Pakistani Traders to trade so i got 25k instant Funded account with them today to start my trading career with this firm.
Hope i will make payout and update my review soon.
AquaFunded should allow all account Types to Pakistani Traders.

This prop firm is totally a scam. Didn't give any single payout with cutting the amount. Please don't buy their account if you will buy the account you will waste your money

This is my second payout from Aqua Funded, and overall, it went well.
Initially, there were some issues with the payout calculation. I contacted support, the problem was reviewed, and the remaining amount was paid without trouble.
Because of the BOGO offer, I also received a second account. Both are Instant accounts, and I followed the consistency rules along with the 5 winning days requirement.

Honest Cons (important to mention):
The dashboard is still lagging. Sometimes even on the 2nd or 3rd day, a winning day can be reduced because profit values change. This happened multiple times and only gets fixed after contacting support.
At payout stage, deductions may happen under claims like:
News trading
Tick scalping
Because every issue I faced was resolved through human support chat. No bots, real people, and they actually fix the problems.
I’ll continue updating my experience with future payouts.

I did bought new 25k account last Thursday and still waiting for my account credential I contacted the support but no help no response from them poor communication

scammer beware … rejected payout 100K account $4100 with a lame excuses IP violation they send me a fake made up video...with lots of account add with my IP address funny thing is I only use my UK O2 phone for trading.... guys be careful don't waste ur time and money.... I wish FCA banned this company like MFF

AquaFunded is a reliable prop firm for serious traders who want fair conditions and real growth opportunities. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking to scale your trading capital.

This provider is not professional in terms of reliability.
My account got closed for no reason and the customer service is not helping.
Just use an other provider, there are plenty!

When I requested a withdrawal, $5,414 was deducted from my profits due to an alleged “scalping” violation under what I consider to be a hidden rule.

Although their terms mention that scalping is prohibited, they do not clearly define the criteria for determining what qualifies as scalping. The judgment is entirely at the discretion of their risk team.

Other companies clearly specify how they define and assess scalping. However, in this case, they deliberately avoid providing clear standards, which makes it seem like a tactic to prevent traders from withdrawing profits.

Ironically, their homepage even states “no hidden rules.” This situation feels no different from a scam.

They r completely scammers be aware iff you leave the country you r trades will mot beign payd work hard for all month did everything correctly 14.78% consistency 12 days off 5 requested 0.5 % profitbale withdraw to day $7828.54 and email iv received declined because im using diferent ip adress a complete stupid excuses when its not any rule relating to that they just dont want to pay complete scammers hi was way visiting my daughters in belgium living in uk and they c with that excuses offering my refund account payd but poketing my money Good to do business like that you work they get payd still wayting for an answer as hi have another account and hi need to know as im away in belgium hi dont even iff can trade or not iff not will ask for refund off other account that hi have already 1300 its realy frustating and inglorious you invest to get a better life and get stich allways will be with international online fraud investigation us they not reply on my emails and they dont do deal with this serious matter directly BE AWARE SCAMMING

I just opened an account and not finding all the rules and regulations pertaining to trading, I decided not to pursue and asked them to cancel and refund $1.00 for 1000 instant funded account, within an hour of opening the account.
Company also states- it can change terms and conditions and rules anytime they want...
BEWARE- Perfect scenario of a scammer.

This propfirm is a complete scam. I traded with them followed all the rules and still my account got a hard breach which makes zero sense. 3% daily drawdown and 5% max drawdown. I never went over $50 loss on the $1000 account. Bullshit propfirm.

The Support from SeaBlade was swift and seamless. I just decided to reach out today being Sunday hoping that I would be contacted by Monday or proper weekday, but I was shocked to have received immediate response from SeaBlade and proper follow up to provide great help.
