The support team takes almost 2 weeks to give a giveaway acc. Everytime they send a message it takes 1/2 days to send the next even if i anser directly!

Customer service is not serious. I have to ask and re-explain the problem several times, which is nevertheless very simple to deal with. I have an error message on ProjectX which does not allow me to trade. Nothing to do.

Literally banned me after a single payout!!! That too they didn’t even tell me they banned me they made me unable to buy accounts and when I questioned it in discord they literally kicked me out of the group!!!!

Recently, had some troubles regarding my account, at the start the support took a bit however it improved and the problem is solved, the person who helped me was kyle

The guy name Kyle mutes you after you continue to message him, due to they can't pay out.

I purchased a funded account from AquaFutures on September 12, 2025. After failing the challenge, I manually canceled my subscription, and it clearly shows as Cancelled in my account. I never clicked “Resubscribe” or agreed to any renewal.
Despite that, they still charged my card through Redopay without my permission. This company is clearly scamming people by taking unauthorized payments. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them — completely untrustworthy service.

I started using their services today and its already amazing I have to rush here to rate them if thr is 10 star I will give all .. the have amazing costumer service and offer project x which is yser friendly and fast execution

I bought a 50k evaluation that I passed in one day. It was not clearly explicit in their FAQ that there was a minimum trading days: "AquaFutures does not require a minimum amount of trading days on evaluation phases of each plan. However, our plans do require to show consistency in performance to successfully pass a evaluation.".
I found the hard way that this means that you NEED to have at least 3 trading days to comply with 40% consistency rule, so I kinda " failed " that challenge because of it. I think it would be more transparent to just state that you need those 3 days to meet the rule, otherwise is just misleading.
However, they were the fastest prop firm to review the account, and they also issued another challenge for me to try to pass, without any cost and were very helpful when I contacted them. I'm some dollars away to pass the eval and hopefully I can comment about the payout process soon.

I was 1 click away from buying 3 150k accounts. Talked to the support and found that DLL is a hard breach. And I asked for clarification if the DLL is being adjusted based on the EOD balance. They said No. This means there is no use of Max loss. And it's not mentioned in FAQ.

Clearly a scam. Stay away peeps. Happy trading.

Always read the fine line. I was mis leaded that the DLL was only a soft breach, so be careful. First thing I read was their "beginner account overview", so I thought they'd be the same as any other prop firms. Little did I know that they had another page stating DLL is hard breach. So, watch out for this, especially if you are a beginner like me. They are not as bad as I thought they would be, they are actually good for newbies who are just starting. Their pricing is very good. Their support was not that good when I first interact with them, they could have politely correct my misunderstanding instead of treating me like they did. There is no need to hide the hard breach rule, just state it clearly and treat us fairly.

Good price and rules on challenge. Although, if you ever have any issue then you will not receive support, they will ignore your tickets and messages on discord. as you can see they haven't even responded to poor reviews on Trustpilot. I would consider them a last resort or not at all due to their support.

If they choose to not support you even when its a small platform issue, imagine how bad it must be when you get to payout.

Saw the 60% off, created an account. No account creation confirmation emails. From the account I clicked on buy challenge. Gave me the billing page to enter card details and buy but the page had a box saying 'log into your account' when I did it said 'Invalid login credentials'

No 'close account' button.

I sent their chat support a message and it said 10min response time. 20 mins later the chat message had just disappeared.

Sounds like a total scam to me!

My account was terminated despite having a positive balance. Their support explained that even if you’ve made consistent profits, breaching the daily loss limit just once will instantly mark your account as failed and shut it down—regardless of your overall gains. My initial balance was $5,000, and I had over $265 profit in just two days. But one day with a $150 loss wiped everything out.
Their website claims two breaches are needed for termination, but in reality, one is enough to erase all your progress. The rules are vague, communication is poor, and everything seems designed to confuse users and keep their profits.
I strongly advise against using, testing, or trusting this platform. It’s misleading, unfair, and operates like a scam.

Trading with Aqua Futures has been a great experience. The platform offers smooth execution, clear rules, and reliable data feeds. The bad experience i have been experiencing with this popfirm and about all this good reviews that they have here are paid reviews and i have the prof of this because they closed my account with no reason and they said its the system when I right on trustpilot they contacted me to delete it and they will give it me back i did
Now i was work with the risk option i put 1200 and i saved that but they didn’t put on and they said volatility as before
And they closed my account also evry day I found my dashboard and platform changed of everything they have access to it that is was they have ship price be curful guys

I've used many prop firms, and Aquafutures are up there with the best, ive had a fantastic experience with them and no issues at all in getting payouts.
A great firm and although they are fairly new, if they keep this up, their name will be on the lips of everyone as a firm favourite.

consistency rule X
AquaFutures isn’t bad, but I’m not a fan of their consistency rule. They claim you get 100% of your payout, but you actually have to fall within a very tight consistency range — 0–20%. While it’s possible, it’s pretty unrealistic for most traders.

Here’s their consistency-to-profit split breakdown:

0.00–20.00% = 100% payout

20.01–30.00% = 90% payout

30.01–40.00% = 70% payout

I always find myself in the 70% range, which makes it feel like they’re taking a big chunk of my earnings. Aquafutures pays their traders, and you can trust them.

Honestly the best Prop firm hands down compared to others.
