Avoid AquaFutures – Terrible Support and Delays
I cannot recommend AquaFutures due to their incredibly slow and unresponsive customer support. A simple login credential issue on my funded account has dragged on for nearly a week with nothing but generic "under review" responses. In a fast-moving market where every hour matters, their lack of urgency is completely unprofessional. If you value your time and capital, look for a prop firm that actually supports its traders.
Started trading with them for like 5 months .lost a bunch of accounts at the beginning.after third month i got good and started getting nonstop payouts every 2 weeks and kept passing their challenges copytrading more accounts and they send me an email that all my accounts were on hold and to explain to them whats my strategy. Lol thats justbl ridicoulous..so i send an email back how i trade supply and demand and fvgs and they said that not allowable in their firm.WHATS!!? this company doesnt want to pay or give money on their end.but they love for u to failed those test. SCAMMERS
Aqua Futures has the most brain dead customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. There isn't a company that comes near it--in my experience. There isn't a request you can give them, nor a question you can ask them that they will comprehend the first three ways you have to ask it... at least. It'll be the simplest request possible and they'll still ask you to elaborate on your question.
I Once messaged them about sending me a receipt for my purchase. I said something along the lines of
"you guys used to send a receipt or invoice of my purchase and for some reason you no longer do so now I have to manually request it after every purchase, so may you please send me a receipt of my last purchase"
aqua employee: "We do not issue out an invoice"
me: "okay, well you send a receipt of my purchase through email every time I purchase an account and you didn't this time"
aqua employee: "Please be informed that we do not share invoice and only your account details."
me: "Sir, you send a receipt of my purchase through email every time. Do you need proof?"
aqua employee: "Please read the previous email. It says this is not available anymore. You get your account details when you have successfully made payment now."
me: "Is there a spot I can obtain this information now?"
aqua employee: "What spot is that if I may ask?"
me: "Sir I’m asking if there’s anywhere on the website I can obtain a receipt for my purchase now that you guys don’t automatically send it out anymore"
aqua employee: Hi there, Please note that there is nowhere on website you can find this unless you will like us to share a screenshot of your order.
me: "I would like a screenshot please."

I once sent video proof of me loosing a trade because of the website glitching and executing a trade in the weirdest fashion-- making me loose money both when NQ trending towards my bias AND away. It was the weirdest thing. For a month straight they gaslit me, telling me that that was how the Bid/ask spread worked as if I'm an idiot.
Now that the atrocious customer service is out of the way, I enjoy trading on Aqua. They used to have the most insanely cheap prices, since then they have doubled but they still seem like they are the cheapest in the industry... And if it weren't for that, then I would have left a long time ago because of the customer service.
Aqua futures Takes too much time to give credentials for the funded account. I have passed 25k standard account and got the certificate of passing the evaluation. It’s been more than 24 hours since i got my certificate. They still reviewing what?? I have not got email regarding submitting documents for KYC yet. But support claims that they still reviewing. Better to find other prop firm. This will be my last account with aqua futures.
Customer service is an A.I. Completely useless when I asked for herlp with t my Ninjatrader Connection it told me to try YouTube then told me to try a different Browser???? Completely waisted my money I have tryed many prop firms this one is in a class of there own when it comes to customer service
I have been with this firm from last 12 months . I kept loosing challenges and when I start getting payout after blowing around 100 accounts. They paid me just $1500 and after that start denying my payouts this scam prop firm deny my 3 payouts of $4500 with stupid excuses saying my accounts has been handled by third party bullshit even they have no IP address changes.. Their risk team is shit specifically who conducted my interview Stupid Ilyas and CEO of this company big scammer Kyle. Dog shit prop firm. Please don't invest in this prop firm one of the worst prop firm in future industry, and I am very much sure this prop firm will never bankrupt because they don't pay payouts. In the end again please stay away from this worst prop firm. Go with big brands 100% genuine pays you on time.

Con tactics from this firm - I strongly suggest all traders to stay away from this company as I had a persistent Error Code 401: DATA ACCESS SUSPENSION which prevented me from accessing Deepchart on the web side and application side, which was not responded to by support in 3 weeks. I was told to fill out a form which was never sent to me and their communication altogether was extremely poor. A man named Larry claimed my account was a giveaway account and that I basically shouldn't take the situation seriously. His facts where incorrect as I paid for two accounts. How can you take a business seriously that are full of inconsistencies and discrepancies. This leads me to believe that I would never ever receive a payout going around in circles like a clown. Aqua Futures do no value traders time and I implore traders to go with Tradeify and Top One Futures instead who show far more integrity and willingness to support traders.
My experience with Aqua Futures has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I completed 60 days on my funded account and had already received 3 payouts from the same account. After meeting the requirements under the old account model, I requested an uncapped payout of $3,000.
After that, instead of processing the payout, Aqua Futures suddenly claimed that my trades were “microscalping,” marked my profits as ineligible, and reset my account.
This is completely unfair in my opinion.
If my trading style was not allowed, why were my previous 3 payouts approved from the same account? Why was this not flagged earlier? Why wait until I became eligible for an uncapped payout?
Most of the profits they removed were from the same period where my account had already passed earlier payout reviews. That makes the decision look very inconsistent and unfair.
I also emailed them asking for a proper explanation, trade-level proof, and reconsideration, but they did not reply.
This kind of payout handling creates a very bad impression. Traders put time, effort, and discipline into passing accounts, and after meeting all requirements, getting the account reset at payout stage is extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aqua Futures. Their payout review process does not feel transparent, consistent, or fair.
Aqua Futures has engaged in highly unethical and misleading business practices. My $3,000 PAYOUT was denied under the vague claim that I used a “high-risk, high-reward approach,” despite there being absolutely no written rule, FAQ, or policy anywhere stating that traders are prohibited from risking a certain amount per trade or that such trading behavior would invalidate payouts. At the time of denial, my account was in over $23,500 profit, yet after just two trades they arbitrarily rejected my payout twice, terminated my account, banned me from their Discord community, and withheld funds I had rightfully earned. Punishing traders based on unwritten and subjective rules after the fact is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of transparency and integrity. If a firm can simply invent reasons to avoid honoring payouts once a trader becomes profitable, then their entire model should be questioned. My experience suggests that this company may have no issue taking traders’ fees and benefiting from their activity, but when it comes time to pay successful traders, they resort to vague accusations and discretionary enforcement to avoid fulfilling their obligations. I strongly urge anyone considering this firm to proceed with extreme caution and avoid this firm at any cost !!!
Too many hidden rules that work against you and they close your positions when you hit a daily loss which eventually crashed my account, so many better prop firms out there with simpler rules and it took a week to set up my live accounts after messaging everyday to get it setup
