Selling my parents' property was stressful enough without the last-minute problems of replacing the hot water cylinder and mending the toilet cistern in the bathroom. Our engineer, Felix, went above and beyond to get everything sorted as quickly as possible, staying until 7pm in the evening and getting additional quotes to us by 8.30am the following morning. Becky in the office also went out of her way to arrange appointments as quickly as possible. Their kindness, efficiency and professionalism meant that the sale completed on time, and a difficult time for the family was made a lot easier. I would highly recommend Aquaheat to anyone.

We contacted Aquaheat Ashford just before Christmas, as we discovered we had a leaking pipe under the solid floor in our kitchen. We highly recommend them. I spoke to Beckie & she arranged for Matt to trace & fix the leak. Both he & assistant Archie were very professional & respectful. Matt kept us informed throughout & they also removed the material excavated from our floor, leaving the area clean & tidy. We won't hesitate to contact them again for any plumbing or heating jobs.
