I cannot get hold of them by phone or email?

This company fitted a new Baxi boiler with Magna Clean Filter in July 22.This can be installed anywhere before the boiler, they have fitted it after the boiler rendering it useless. They have refused to refit it.
I had also five new radiators fitted one in the hallway where they drilled three holes in the pipe work flooding the hallway which damaged a new laminate floor which had to be replaced,new skirting boards had to be fitted, the wall replastered and redecorated A big mistake I made was paying this company before the damage was repaired,as they would not come back to replaster fit new skirting or redecorate
This is the way they treated two elderly pensioners!!

AN UPDATE TO THE ABOVE
I have employed a competent gas engineer today 10th May to rectify the Magna Clean filter that Aqua Ignite refused to do. It is now fitted to the correct side of the boiler, but has cost me £165.

Brilliant service. I have been with Aqua Ignite for 4 years now. They fitted a new boiler for me, radiators, toilet and taps. All working fine years later. They are punctual and very friendly. Aqua Ignite is also very quick at fixing any problems along the way. Good customer service.

I would highly recommend Aquaignite as we have used them several times, they have replaced our old boiler recently the lads are very polite and professional and we couldn’t have had a better service. Very happy with the work. My elderly mum needed her toilet replacing and was worried about having someone working in the house. They came out to have a look at the job, then spoke to mum the quote was sent the same day and dates and times available to come and do the job. On the day the plumber brought dust sheets to cover stairs and carpet and completed the job and left everywhere clean an tidy asked mum to come to check that she was happy with the job. Very happy with the work Dave did in servicing our boiler. Arrived as arranged and got on with the job. Explained what he had done and offered some useful advice.

The Aqua Ignite company employees are very punctual, extremely proficient administratively, the traders are punctual, polite and totally professional.
i have had some horrendous experiences with traders who frequently are rude, ignorant, not turning up etc. call you 'mate; (which I hate. So it is a pleasure to be associated with Aqua, who are the total opposite.
