I wanted to return my robot vacuum…

I wanted to return my robot vacuum cleaner because it doesn’t work as they say it should, it sprays the dust everywhere and doesn’t clean and it can’t find its own charger port. When talking with customer support they don’t get back to me when they say the will and I have to remind them constantly to get back to me. They keep telling me to send new videos of it not working wich i have done every time and still I’ve discussed with them for 2 months now and it’s obvious they are not going to let me return the vacuum even if they are required by Swedish law. Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure that you want to keep their products even if it doesn’t work. Got a long mail thread that proves this

Be aware of Scammers.

I ordered a Air Frier from this website (which is VentiClub.se now and they changed the name just after my order) and even the price was 2900kr they sent a fake Chinese device which has no name and no brand on it. I understand late and in the middle of shipping process I asked for refund but they said: it is too late, take your package and will talk later.
I took my package today and again I asked them that I want to return my package with full refund which I did not even open the box. They sent me a long email that: it will take so long process and cost you lot to send it back so give it to your friends and family as a gift. I bought the device from Swedish website and they sent it from Germany to me and they said you can not sent it back to same address as we sent the package because we are in China and you have to sent it to the address we will give you, and also after we receive it and check it we will take some part of the money and maybe we will send you the rest and shipping is on me also. So they doing their best to convince me not to send it back and we will give you a part of your money.
Super disgusting customer service and even I accept these condition and asked them for send me return address they completely disappeared and I did not hear anything from them.
I do not know where to complain or how I can take my money back. I am a simple worker who wants to buy this for my wife as a gift in parts but I will put them on police to see if they can help me take my money back.
Please do not buy anything from them If you do not want to loose your money.
