The customer service is superb and the products are a 10/10. Although, I feel that the rabbit or rabbits kept at the various branches should be allowed to socialize more. I saw this specifically at the branch at the hub where the rabbit was just in his/her cage and I wondered if they get to have any social interactions. This is simply in the best interest of the rabbit and any others in the different branches.
