Aqua Shield Heating & Cooling Reviews 

Have used aqua Shield for my boiler cover and wasn't disappointed with the superb installation they have just done for the air conditioning in my home.

Top quality components, very keen price and a spotless job.

The price for for the air con unit was not bad compared to what I thought it would be, I’m usually very awkward when I have workers in but the team made me feel really comfortable and the were really friendly and nice even joked with them a bit 10/10 would go to them again

I just had aircon fitted in a room I use to work from home. I absolutely recommend Aquashield - They were a pleasure to deal with. Mandie who I was speaking with on the phone is always very friendly and helpful and the guys who came to fit the aircon were very professional and got it fitted in less than one day.

Just had air con installed the guys who fitted it were courteous hard working, polite and very neat and tidy.
The girls in the office are a lovely and helpful.
I would highly recommend Aquashield.

When came to give a quote they didn't rush like some people very Friendly good price would definitely recommend this company.
Craig who fitted the boiler was also Friendly clean worker couldn't fault his work explained everything about the boiler nothing was to much trouble for him.

They gave the best quote to replace our old gas boiler. Plenty of choice and great guidance in choosing the new one. All work done in one day. No fuss and no mess. Admin staff friendly and helpful. Very reasonable monthly cover plan. Excellent.

May sound a bit repetitive after reading many reviews,but this company always manages to deliver,from the admin staff to the engineers.Friendly,efficient and professional.

When we moved into our new bungalow in November 24 the existing boiler was old and costing a fortune to keep the property warm during the winter months.
We contacted Aqua Shield for a quote and found it to be competitive and would complete other small issues that we had with the heating and it was this that tipped it for us. Living in Selby it wasn't a big issue for them to install a combi boiler to modern standards and their workmanship was second to none.
The reassurance that knowing that we were doing ( within reason ) our bit for the environment without the huge expense of a heat pump made us happy.

I’ve been with Aquashield for many years. They fitted my boiler & I have an ongoing service plan & breakdown cover. The price is very reasonable, the admin staff are friendly & professional & do their best to meet customer needs. My boiler service was done thoroughly today by a great engineer, very friendly and professional too. This is a local company, delivering excellent customer service 👍🏻

We had a problem with our boiler on 23/12/24 with it being inside the boiler it was referred to the maker Atag as it has a 10 year guarantee, the company Atag use in Hull turned up same day which was quite reassuring, after a five minute inspection and photos taken of inside boiler and service record off they went with not a spanner, wrench or test of any kind done,was told the part that was leaking doesn't leak normally so would have to be ordered. Then it got worse!! the agent for Atag had said it was down to corrosion in the system and it was not covered,after leaving us with the thought they just had to wait for parts coming in.All through the process of dealing with Atag, Aqua shield were there with advice,help and support and had said that a part in the boiler had failed so should be covered.The engineer for Aqua shield removed the failed pipe from the boiler, and it had failed around the weld on the pipe, I then got on the phone with Atag,Alex the engineer then spoke with them on my behalf,which resulted in Atag accepting that the pipe had failed and was not due to corrosion after he sent photos and videos of the problem, We were informed we would have to wait another four days without heating or hot water before the agent for Atag could attend!!Thankfully Aqua Shield intervened yet again and we had an out of area engineer repair the boiler that day.The customer service we received from Aqua Shield was outstanding and went above and beyond I would 100%recommend this company,first class service

Had an issue with my boiler so called Aqua Shield, they were quick to respond and had an engineer out the same day as I had no heating and its very cold at the moment. The Engineer inspected everything and knew the issue straight away, he had me up and running and heat/hot water in no time.

I cannot thank this company enough, quick, courteous and very reasonably priced.

The service we received from Mandie and the team was amazing, after being without heating and hot water for nearly 2 weeks a friend recommended them and they came to our rescue! Excellent service from start to finish by these guys, they came out on a weekend within an hour of calling to look at our boiler that wasn't working at all! The engineer quickly found out what was wrong and apparently was the lower temperature outside making a pipe freeze up. It was fixed and altered so it won't happen again. amazing service thank you so much

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear initial explanation of what to expect from a new combi boiler.
Installation carried out efficiently and thorough tests carried out before the engineer left. Helpful and friendly back up staff at the office ensured the whole process was pain free and now a wonderful warm home! Thanks to everyone involved!

Booked a boiler service online, as their price seemed very good, and the next day I got a lovely phone call to make sure all the details I had given were correct and confirmed the booking. The only issue I had was you don't get a reminder of your appointment the day before and I had to confirm it was still going ahead as I had booked in quite a way in advance.
James who came to do the service was friendly and professional! When I mentioned I could potentially smell gas in a cupboard he took all the steps to ensure everything was safe (thankfully no gas leak detected but best to have been sure) . Would definitely recommend this company!

I contacted Aquashield when my boiler broke down. Despite not being a customer at that time, I had a call out and diagnostic done within 3 hours. Mandy in admin rang me back with a quote for various options. It transpired that I needed a new boiler, and Julian visited to complete the survey the next day. He was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Price quoted was excellent and I was given a choice and advice re my new boiler. It was installed by Craig on a mutually agreed date. Again, Craig was professional and efficient, and I felt comfortable with him being in my house all day. Emma and Mandy in the office kept me on track with sorting the payment out efficiently. Thanks to everyone who works at Aquashield for making an otherwise stressful situation totally stress free.
