The work was done on time as arranged and there appears to be no problem in the subsequent working of the appliance.

Very helpful and efficient, all went as promised.

The technician was polite and respectful, he explained what he was going to do before he started and demonstrated everthing after.

The replacement filter arrived when promised and was easy to change.

Unfortunately had to have the engineer out twice, but very knowledgeable and softener appears to be back up and running properly now. After first visit a slight leak was seen, but they were back within 24hrs to fix the problem.

Amazing from start to finish. Contacted Aquasoft after 1 company messed me about and never replied with install dates and many others just wanted to arrange a visit to give a quote. I emailed Aquasoft and Christine promptly replied offering a quote from photos, no messing about 2 quotes landed within minutes. Offered me a date the next week for install and it was booked! So simple no sales pitching, competitive quote and amazing service. Engineer arrived on time, really lovely guy who installed the machine with no mess and very neat and tidy job. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Aquasoft! 5 Stars!

After a week or two's delay, my new Aquasoft was fitted and the old softener removed. All done tidily and efficiently. Very pleased with the new product.

Collected the salt packets which were ready for me. She helped me carry them to the car. The price was competitive. A good service all round.

I sent you two emails to alter the appointment both of which were returned. Luckily my appointment was cancelled so I was here for your engineer. Stephen did a good job, and was meticulous. It will take a little while
longer to see if the water has returned to its previous softness, but it seems to be trying.

The man who visited us was extremely nice and helpful but I am only giving 3 stars because we still have the same problem. Every third day we only have a dribble of filter water coming through. I have to turn off the water source and back on again to get it to work. I have spent nearly £700 on these visits and materials to solve it but it is still happening after only a couple of weeks and all the filters being changed.

Turned up on the date and time .first class fitter very friendly . Fitted the softener and three way tap for drinking water left our house as clean as he found it high rated
