Very helpful company for information and easy to chat with them. I have been using the under sink Super Water cartridges for several years. Confident that they take out over 90% + contaminants including fluoride as drinking water tastes clean. Simple fitting and a cartridge lasts a year. Ideal for my apartment where no room for a large system and would be good for caravans and boats. Very happy with this product, which I continue to buy year on year as I feel this company has done its research well.

Bought a full house water filtration system and over paid by £100.00 after emailing the company I was assured my first filtration change will be free of charge. Well that was a complete lie and emails are ignores as soon as this was mentioned AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE BUY DIRECT FROM WATERDROP!

I've been using the Aquataria Pureau 3 water filter system for over ten years and couldn't be happier. The water quality is excellent and consistent, and the system itself has been reliable throughout. What really stands out is the aftercare service always help, professional and quick to respond whenever I ve had a question. It's rare to find a product and a company that you can genuinely rely on for the long term, but aquatiere has delivered exactly that. Highly recommend this product and company

I bought the whole house filter and got it installed in June 2024. It works well and does what it says on the tin. Nice option if you want a filter for the whole house.

Showering in the UK has been very uncomfortable on my skin. I'm originally from South Africa where we don't have hard water. Since I have been living in the UK I have had to buy skin moisturiser, the E45, because the dry skin on my shoulders from showering became so uncomfortable.
Itched a lot. Aquatiere was very helpful. I bought the whole house water filter that is a water softener as well, their Pureua Water Filter. And it has made a huge difference.
Skin is not so dry and uncomfortable anymore.

Had this system in place for just over a year now and generally happy with the filtration system....the water quality is noticeably better.
However you need to change filters regularly and a rubber gasket maintains the seal. This failed today and when I urgently contacted Aquatiere I was first told they should be able to send one overnight....but then emailed to be told they cannot provide a replacement under any circumstances!! As this is a critical component of the system and is known to fail I was stunned to learn the best they could do was refer me to a 3rd party company....surely they should provide spares when you first buy the system...and then have options to purchase more....they certainly are very proactive in selling new filters!! That must be where the profit is....forget what the customer requirements might be!

We have have not regretted buying our filter from Aquatiere some 5 or 6 years ago. We find the water much better quality and so better for our health. We find the supplier very helpful and their service excellent.

The difference in water quality is very clear to see. I use the filter to fill my kids hot tub and to water the garden. i am very pleased with it.

I bought a water filter to fit on my garden hose so I could fill my pond up it filters all the "nasty" particles out which could damage my pondlife. It also means my plants get a more natural shower. They even send me an email when my year is up to replace the crystals. It arrives very quickly and I am well pleased.

I receive my shower filter in HP ink box so retailer didn't provided original packaging of product or any instruction to the product whatsoever I decided to refund item which I paid 93£ for I received one email back explaining me how the item should work I send another 2 emails with demand of refund I'm still waiting for any response. Funny thing is I wanted to refund that small shower filter and change it for proper ones in the same company but by the way I'm being treated I don't want to have anything to do with that company I don't think I will get my money back so i would expect that form some chinese retailers but it seems that this company is not any better. Guys do not waste your time on that company I can see on the other reviews that they products do not work anyway so such a shame.

This system just doesn't work. I bought the full 2-3 bed house system for a one-bed flat for surety. I have replaced the water softening crystals numerous times and it hasn't made a difference. The system was fully plumbed and installed by a professional in March 2020. The company had a sale on when I first came across it and I rushed to buy. I then consequently received constant marketing emails from them - it is in perpetual sale. I have been unable to find any independent documentation supporting any of the claims of this product. For me at least, the system has proven to be a waste of money and time.

The pureau whole house 2+ did not work for us. Limescale returned within two weeks. We used 3 months supply of resin in 6 weeks. We tried time and time again to sort this with Aquatiere as really wanted this system to work. They would not return calls and emails took days to be answered and even then with one line responses which gave us little help. A real shame as did not want a salt water system.
