Scott installed a new boiler and replaced a defective main stop valve . We were very impressed with his work; he was knowledgable, efficient, reliable and very tidy. Communication was great with Scott responding to queries swiftly and keeping us informed at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend him and will certainly be using him in the future.

I have today had my hot water tank switched over and am impressed by both the quality of the workmanship and the spirit in which it was done.

Scott went far and above what was needed - taking on a job that was non standard and more complex than he or I expected with both a smile on his face and a desire to do the job professionally and accurately.

Scott Installed a new manifold for our underfloor heating system which was a tricky job as the model being replaced was an old one with different connections but he managed to complete the job successfully. He communicates well and was friendly and professional.

Scott came strait away as he was nearby, problem was sorted quickly. He was so polite and friendly. He explained everything to me how to use the boiler. Call out charge very reasonable. Not ripped off. I called him again as the Boiler was losing pressure, again I was booked in very quickly. A 2 hour window was given which is great as so many say stay in between 8-1pm etc. he came again promptly, same friendly polite man. I will be having an extension soon and will need radiators taken off and new ones put in different places and I will be calling on Scott again as more than happy with his work ethic. 💯 recommend Scott to anyone.

Scott is so helpful to his regular customers. I use Scott to look after my elderly dads boiler. Recently it stopped working and Scott came round the same day and was fixed in 10 minutes. Would strongly recommend as is dependable, trustworthy and reliable.

Scott came to service my boiler for the first time. The service he provided was excellent, from the initial phone call to final payment. His business is set up with the latest management processes, so the booking and arrival time is set and precise. His approach to the service work was professional and tidy, at all times keeping the work area clean, while showing respect for the surrounding area. He carried out a thorough service of the boiler, paying attention to the burner/igniter arrangement and the heat exchanger. Since the service, the boiler is performing well without any concern or issue. Final payment is on invoice and can be concluded by various means, I utilised bank transfer.

As initially stated, this was the first time that I have used the services of Aquila Heating Services, however, from my experience on this visit I will be using his services again.

Scott visited my home to repair our underfloor heating during the recent cold snap. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix the issue on the spot. I appreciated that he took the time to explain how i could repair this issue on my own, if it reoccured. He also took a note of the part, so that he could arrange a replacement if the part required it in future.
