Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product, finding it to be of poor quality and not delivering on its advertised promises. Customers frequently mentioned that the item did not increase water pressure as expected and was no more effective than a standard hose nozzle. They also felt the price was too high for what they received, especially when similar items could be purchased for much less elsewhere. Reviewers also expressed frustration with the marketing, stating that the promotional videos were misleading and that the product did not perform as shown. They felt they had been misled and that the item offered poor value for money. It's all packed up ready for returning…

It's all packed up ready for returning it tomorrow.
I assembled the product as per instructions and turned on the water supply. The hose connector could not withstand the pressure and blew off, soaking me.
Once I had mastered turning on the water supply with the handgun already open, the pressure did not clean patio slabs like in the promotional video, and certainly with very little discernible effect unless very close to the slab.
Not a good buy.

out on a limb here

out on a limb here, I think it's quite good once you get the hang of it. Certainly better than any standard hose accessory and does remove grime from my patio. So hey, thumbs up from me for the price!

Cheap plastic construction and water…

Cheap plastic construction and water pressure no different from what you would get with a standard spray nozzle. This seems to echo the experience of most reviewers. It's a scam and returning the item is too much of a faff

Not as advertised - it's just a sprayer

I have just received my aquoxis gun. Sadly it is nothing more than a spray gun the same as one I bought from B & Q for £10. I also note that the same item can be purchased on Amazon for £18 - £22 yet I paid over £50 buying directly from the company.
The item works well to wash your car or water flowers but it is NOT a pressure washer as advertised.

I have a question

I have a question. I haven’t purchased one yet, and I found there are a lot of knock-offs available and wonder if these reviews are for the actual aquoxis or other brands?

Please help

Same as putting your finger over the end of the hose…

Same as putting your finger over the end of the hose. Yes it focuses the water flow and adjusts between wide spray/focussed stream. But there's no more pressure behind it compared to any other hose spray attachment.

Unfortunately a complete waste of time and money if you were expecting to pressure wash (which is what the advert says).

It's definitely a solid alternative to a pressure washer... If the "alternative" is a garden hose!

Useless goods but got majority of my money refunded

I too, ordered this useless piece of equipment. Tried to cancel immediately but was advised already in transit. Was advised I could return it once received. Tried it out when received, which confirmed that it was less than effective than a normal hose which had more power. Got in touch with Cable finder who own this company. Was willing to return it but was told I didn't need to return & they would refund my money. Got £49 returned into my account the following day. Albeit I lost postage & insurance of £13 but got majority of my money back & still have useless goods.
The 2 stars are due to being refunded very quickly. Do Not buy any of these water guns, none of them will work

The problem is that the product is sold…

The problem is that the product is sold as a high-pressure water jet, which it is of course and very obviously is not.
But as a nozzle with the same pressure as the garden pump it is good. It gives a long thin jet or a smooth shower. The handycraft is good. Much better than the usual plastic nozzles. Take it for what it is.

Good customer support service

The delivery was quick and parcel was well packaged. I was kept informed of all aspects of the order experience, from first ordering and where the parcel was throughout its delivery journey. Unfortunately we later had a problem with our order but the customer care team were very quick to respond and extremely helpful in every way, which I thank them for, especially in this day and age of 'the can't be bothered' attitude that has crept into many retail platforms.

This is a piece of junk

This is a piece of junk. i bought it against my better judgement and within seconds of using it I realised I had been 'had'. Save your money and just buy a Hozelock or similar multi head sprayer.

A PIECE OF JUNK !!

A PIECE OF JUNK !!! STAY AWAY FROM IT !!! Not for the first time I was conned, duped etc not only that I was so embarrassed I brought some neighbors to show off my high pressure hose , 15 x times stronger water pressure than your normal garden hose attachment more like -15 times !! My old dog who was nearly 18 years had better pressure when she took a whizz !!!Man how these companies get away selling such
junk ???
For me this is last straw buying stuff off the net I am sick and tired of their Magic Clothes, "Super Car Waxes", Hair growth products , Awesome Wonder Pills , etc even DVDs I brought a box set of the excellent series Third Watch and of course one of the DVDs had a huge scratch on it. Stick to Amazon believe me I found them okay

Mugged!

Mugged!! I fell for it! It is just a very overpriced hose attachment. I feel even more mugged as I bought their hose connectors which are also very poor and come unclipped easily
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
